"The definition of zbaleh"
This was by far the worst so-called VIP service I have ever experienced. The staff were unprofessional and corrupt, completely ruining what was supposed to be a premium travel experience. In addition to the $140 USD VIP fee, passengers are reportedly expected to pay another $100 USD in bribes at the border — otherwise, you’re not allowed to board the bus to cross. That alone says everything about how this service operates. There was no real assistance with luggage, barely any access to water, and the entire process was chaotic and disorganized, even for passengers who arrived on time for their scheduled trip. The company’s behavior reflects corruption, poor management, and a total lack of customer care. What should have been a comfortable, stress-free VIP experience turned into one filled with frustration and disappointment. In short, this service is unworthy of the VIP label — it’s the very definition of incompetence, disorder, and unethical practices.
"If you have no other option…"
The trip itself could have been perfect, but unfortunately, the driver ruined the experience by having the radio blaring at full volume both on the way there and on the return. It was impossible to relax or get any rest with such loud noise throughout the journey. A little consideration for passengers’ comfort — especially on long rides — would make a huge difference. Turning down the volume would have easily turned this into a great travel experience.
"FRAUD ALERT"
I purchased a ticket from Amman to Petra through this website, believing it was legitimate. However, after completing the payment, I never received a confirmation email or any booking details. I attempted to reach customer service multiple times, but there was no response whatsoever. It quickly became clear that this was a fraudulent website. I have since reported the charge to my bank to request a refund. If you’ve already made a payment here, I strongly advise you to contact your card provider immediately to dispute the transaction. Do not trust or use this site — it’s a scam preying on unsuspecting travelers.
"Mixed!"
Starting with the positive: my trips from Amman to Aqaba and back went smoothly and on schedule, and the staff were very friendly, which I really appreciated. However, there were several issues during the Petra and Jerash tours. On the Petra tour, we spent nearly an hour in front of a souvenir store, time that would have been much better spent actually exploring Petra. The Amman to Jerash tour was even more disappointing. On the return trip, everyone on the bus agreed that we didn’t want to stop for lunch at the driver’s chosen restaurant, which was very expensive and offered no menu choice. Despite this, the driver went there anyway. To make matters worse, a young man apparently connected to the driver went inside to eat while the rest of us sat waiting on the bus for an entire hour. Overall, while the basic transport service was fine, the tour organization and respect for passengers’ wishes were extremely poor.
"I am totally disappointed."
I booked a Dead Sea day tour with hotel access through JETT, but unfortunately, my flight was canceled, preventing me from traveling to Jordan. I made every effort to cancel the tour in advance — sending multiple emails to [email protected] , calling their office several times, and even reaching out via WhatsApp and Instagram. Despite all these attempts, I never received any response, and to make matters worse, my Instagram comment was deleted. As a paying customer and international traveler, I found this experience extremely disappointing and unprofessional. There was absolutely no way to get support or assistance, which left me frustrated and helpless. I truly hope JETT improves its customer service and communication channels in the future so that travelers can feel confident and respected when booking with them.
"From Amman to Petra return"
The bus from Amman to Petra is definitely a great deal — only 20 JOD for a round trip, which is hard to beat. The departure from Amman is very early, seats are numbered, and the schedule is well respected, which adds some reliability to the journey. However, there are several drawbacks. There’s a mandatory stop halfway at a restaurant and souvenir shop, which also serves as a toilet break since the bus restrooms are closed (perhaps intentionally). It seems likely that JETT or the driver has an arrangement with the restaurant, as the same stop is made again on the return trip so the driver and passengers can eat there. The bus wasn’t cleaned between trips — despite a seven-hour gap in between — which was disappointing. On the return journey, the driver drove slowly to time the stop perfectly with the breaking of the Ramadan fast, then sped up afterward to get back to Amman. While the overall trip ended with a late arrival at the 7th Circle stop, for 20 JOD, it’s still a decent value — but with more attention to cleanliness and passenger convenience, it could be much better.
"Complaint"
It’s extremely frustrating and upsetting that the breakers on the road behaved in such an offensive and inappropriate manner toward the girls. There were three individuals involved, all apparently connected to JT. Their actions were unacceptable and unprofessional, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe environment. A company should never tolerate this kind of behavior from its staff or associates — it reflects poorly on their values and respect for passengers. Immediate action should be taken to address this issue and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
