"Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Stay"
I honestly have no idea what to say about this place. They don’t even provide basic amenities like a dental kit for guests. The behavior of the employees, especially the receptionist, was unacceptable—they clearly don’t know how to treat or respect customers. When we asked for fresh towels, we were refused, and the food served was of very poor quality. Overall, the experience was really bad, and this place is simply not worth visiting. A complete waste of time and money.

JPS Residency Manesar is a good place to spend time in peace, located far from the crowd and traffic. However, I would call this an average stay. The rooms need improvement in terms of hygiene and facilities. This property is mostly booked for corporate offsites and offers economic pricing with all the necessary basics, but nothing exceptional.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The gaming spots were superb and added so much fun to my stay. The food was equally fantastic, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. Would definitely love to come back!
