"Disappointing Service Despite a Prestigious Setting"
Yesterday, I had a reservation under my husband’s name, Robert del Aguila, for the breakfast buffet. While the food was excellent and the atmosphere pleasant, the service left much to be desired. The waiter was unfriendly, inattentive, and failed to check on us or change our cutlery, even though I had to approach him myself both times I wanted coffee. Meanwhile, a neighboring table of foreign guests received prompt attention, which made me feel discriminated against. It was a very disappointing experience, especially given that this is a well-known international chain. The staff clearly need better training and customer service standards.
