"Unpleasant Bus Station Experience"

The bus station did not feel friendly at all. There’s always a girl shouting sarcastically at taxis from outside, whether it’s Grab, Bolt, or others, which comes across as very rude. On top of that, the drivers tend to follow and stalk passengers, pressuring them to use their vehicles, which makes the experience even more uncomfortable.

If you’re feeling tired, you can pay a small fee of 5 baht to rest comfortably, or if you have extra time, explore the nearby shops. For more convenience, there’s a large shopping mall in the area with a KFC located on the second floor. Clean and well-maintained restrooms are also available on the ground floor for just 2 baht.

"Frustrating Delay and Poor Scheduling"

I booked a bus for 7:50 PM, but it didn’t arrive until 8:30 PM. In the end, I left at the same time as passengers who had booked for 8:30 PM. This makes booking an earlier ticket pointless if the bus cannot keep to the scheduled time.

"Mixed Communication and Service Experience"

Reaching the company by phone was quite difficult—I had to call several times before someone finally answered. While the phone staff said they couldn’t help me reschedule, the team on the company’s Facebook page responded quickly and was able to make the change. The information should really be consistent across all channels. As for the minibus itself, it lacked practical features like hooks to hang items or holders for water bottles behind the seats, which made the ride less convenient.

"Disappointing Experience with Monsiri Tour Company"

I would not recommend the Monsiri tour company. Although the scheduled departure was 12:20 p.m., the bus left earlier at 12:00 p.m., which was quite questionable. The driver was extremely unfriendly, and the bus became overcrowded at times, with passengers sitting in random places. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company.
