"Misleading and Unprofessional Customer Service Experience"

I was very upset during my recent visit to pick up a package. At first, the customer service seemed fine when I walked in, but things quickly went downhill at the payment counter. My receipt clearly showed a total of $793.50, yet the young lady at the pickup section charged me $800 instead. When I pointed out the discrepancy, she became loud and giggly, even asking her coworkers for $2.00, which I found both misleading and disrespectful. Whatever amount is printed on the receipt should always match the amount charged — it’s a matter of honesty and professionalism. If the company is short on change, customers should at least be given the choice to say “it’s okay, keep the change.” Because of this experience, I’ve adjusted my review to a two-star rating.

"Decent Service but Disappointing Customer Care"

I used this company for the first time to send an item to Ocho Rios. The process itself wasn’t particularly slow, but the customer service was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping or welcoming new customers — it almost felt like serving me was a bother to them. A little friendliness and attentiveness would make a big difference, especially for first-time clients trying to trust and support their service.

"Great Service but Needs Better Facilities and Efficiency"

The Knutsford Express offers a great and reliable service, providing islandwide shipping across Jamaica for everyone’s convenience. However, there’s definitely room for improvement in both customer service and workplace conditions. One major issue is the lack of seating — customers are often left standing in long lines, which can be tiring, especially on busy days. Additionally, the staff could work a bit faster, as many customers are usually in a hurry. Hiring more employees would also help reduce waiting times and improve overall efficiency. With a few upgrades, Knutsford Express could offer an even better experience to its loyal customers.

"Reliable and Comfortable Bus Service Experience"

The buses ran right on time, which made traveling easy and stress-free. During our trip, we used the service three different times within five days, and each experience was consistently pleasant. The staff were cordial, and the drivers were friendly and professional throughout our journeys. The buses were comfortable, featuring roomy seats, good air conditioning, curtains on the windows, and even a restroom on board. Overall, it was a smooth and reliable travel experience that made getting around both convenient and comfortable.

"Disorganized and Unprofessional Experience – Very Disappointing"

This was one of the worst bus experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ve traveled on many across different countries. There is no assigned seating when purchasing tickets, so it’s a first come, first served system. Naturally, most passengers take the window seats in empty rows first, which makes it difficult to sit with your child, partner, or friend if you board later. After transferring buses, all the seats were already taken, so I ended up sitting across from my partner. To make matters worse, when another pair boarded, the driver forced my partner to move so they could sit together — even though most passengers were already paired with strangers in window seats. I explained that we were traveling together, but he didn’t seem to care. It was extremely unprofessional and unfair, especially on such a long trip to Kingston. During another transfer at the MBJ station, we were made to wait for an hour on the bus under direct sunlight, and my seat had no curtain for shade, which left me sunburned. The entire experience was uncomfortable, poorly managed, and deeply disappointing.

"Poor Time Management and Lack of Accountability"

I’m writing this at 8:10 AM, standing outside and looking at the sign on the door that clearly says 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, yet the business is still closed. It’s frustrating and disappointing to see such a lack of punctuality and accountability. Customers plan their schedules around these posted hours, and it’s unfair when businesses don’t respect people’s time. When will Jamaican businesses start valuing their customers and operate with the reliability and professionalism people deserve?

"Long-Time Customer Deeply Disappointed by Declining Service"

Mark my words — this will be the last year I spend my hard-earned money with this transportation company. I’ve been traveling with them since 2013, but as of February 2022, they’ve completely lost my trust. They took my money, and I had to pay extra for transportation that they should have provided. The staff at the counter were unprofessional, with the only professional employees being the two male baggage attendants. Whenever Knutsford Express makes an error — often caused by their poorly managed website — it can take a month or more to get a refund or resolve the issue. Their phone lines don’t work, and the overall quality of service has declined drastically. Everything seems disorganized, unreliable, and out of touch with customer needs. Instead of focusing on what truly matters — their passengers — the company has lost sight of professionalism and accountability. It’s sad to see how far they’ve fallen.
