"Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend"
Unfortunately, this visit was a letdown. The croissant was sour and dry, the chocolate drink tasted more like plain cocoa, and the almond milk was thin and clearly from a box. Overall, the quality was poor and I wouldn’t recommend it.

"Disappointing Mother’s Day Experience – Far from What It Used to Be"
This visit was a huge letdown, especially on Mother’s Day. I had fond memories of the quality at their Av location, but this one was nowhere close. I ordered a forest lemonade that lacked any hint of lemon, and my mom’s orange juice looked and tasted more like watered-down papaya. The service was equally poor — if I could give zero stars, I would. A very disappointing experience for what should have been a special day.

This was my first and definitely last visit. The dessert names were misleading, and the service was frustrating — I ordered an empanada to go, specifically asked for it to be heated, and still received it frozen. To make matters worse, it took far too long to prepare. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
