We enjoyed excellent service and delicious food during our stay. The waiter, Morelos, was especially attentive and attentive to every detail, making the experience even better.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly, always attentive. Very clean everything. Very comfortable beds and pillows I loved. My teenage daughter too. My only complaint is breakfast: very repetitive. I traveled as a family and on the second day they no longer had orange juice or bananas, among other things that the children like. I stayed for several days and it seems that's over. It was difficult for children especially when they are foreigners. I really liked the hotel. The area is not so noisy. just cars. Excellent for rest. I got an excellent bartender, Victor S. Very clean room.

Overall, we had a very good hotel experience. The staff were extremely friendly—special thanks to Luis at valet parking—and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only area for improvement would be better maintenance of some of the gym equipment.
"A superb and excellent experience in Mexico City"
We could not have had a better experience at Laila. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to many restaurants, and we always felt safe walking around in the evenings. The attention to detail is impeccable, the hotel is spotless, and the housekeeping staff are professional and excellent. What truly made our stay special were Luis and Jeronimo, who went above and beyond to check on us and make us feel at home. We now consider them our friends, and they turned our visit into a memorable experience. We would happily return to Laila, not just for the hotel itself, but for the sense of extended family we felt in Mexico City.
