"An enchanted break with friends"

After a lovely walk through Paris, we stopped at Café Antonia to once again savor the beauty and charm of the City of Light. Enjoying champagne with friends, we shared an enchanted moment in a truly elegant setting. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Bristol team for their warm welcome and exceptional service — it made our Parisian afternoon simply perfect.

"Way overpriced for quality"

We used Chase points to book our room (valued at $2,700 per night), and unfortunately, it was not worth the price. The room décor felt outdated, and the shower was frustrating, with the water temperature swinging from freezing cold to scalding hot. However, the bar was absolutely phenomenal, and the bar manager’s hospitality and attentiveness truly stood out — an exceptional experience that almost made up for the disappointing room.

"Exceptional in every way!"

Just about perfect in every way, this grande dame boutique hotel embodies elegance and luxury from the inside out. The lobby and rooms are stunning, and the three-star Michelin restaurant offers phenomenal food, impeccable service, and exceptional attentiveness. It’s truly our favorite hotel in the world! Yes, it’s very expensive, but as they say — perfection doesn’t come cheap.

"Beautiful start, bad ending"

Most of the staff were incredibly kind, and the location was perfect, making this a great hotel for a special occasion. We appreciated the small upgrade and the lovely daily surprises during our stay. However, the hotel’s ambiance felt quite dark and lacked a “wow” factor upon entry. During our visit, there was water damage leaking through the ceiling of the famous corridor, and the gym was closed due to maintenance. Breakfast at Epicure was absolutely divine, but unfortunately, our final lunch at the lobby restaurant ruined the experience. I had a club sandwich that seemed undercooked, and despite being reassured otherwise, both my husband and I ended up with severe food poisoning that lasted a week. It was a terrible end to an otherwise wonderful stay, and something that should never happen at a hotel of this caliber.

"Paradise exists"

Paradise truly exists — and it’s in Paris, at 112 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. This was our second stay, and once again, it was absolutely fabulous. The hotel is stunning, with a warm welcome, impeccable service, and perfectly appointed rooms. The three-star restaurant is nothing short of extraordinary. What sets this palace apart is its intimate, “cosy home” feeling rather than the grandeur of a typical luxury hotel. The valets and concierges are true magicians, always finding a solution to everything. Simply unforgettable!

"Totally successful experience"

I absolutely loved the tea time experience and the meal I had here — everything was delicious and generous in portion. I even gifted a friend a tea time for her birthday, and she adored it as well. The place is simply fabulous, and I can’t wait to try the terrace next time. I also visited the grocery section, which was great, and I have to say — their Pavlova is divine!

"The Best Hotel in Paris!"

Le Bristol Paris was truly one of the best parts of our trip to Paris! We fell in love with its elegant decor and timeless Parisian charm. The staff’s attention to detail and the warm hospitality of the management exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home — Monserrat at the front desk personally walked us to our room and introduced us to the hotel, a gesture we’ll never forget. The concierge team was phenomenal — Nathan, in particular, went above and beyond, even assisting us over the phone while we were out to help us find the perfect restaurant. The housekeeping team ensured our room was spotless and always stocked with extra water and towels, while the room service and kitchen staff provided fast, friendly, and delicious service. The valet and bellmen were equally welcoming and attentive. Le Bristol truly defines what a five-star experience should be — genuine care, flawless service, and a personal touch that makes you feel like family. We’ll cherish this stay forever and tell everyone visiting Paris that Le Bristol is the only place to stay. Forget the Ritz — Le Bristol is pure perfection!

"An enjoyable stay."

Le Bristol has long been one of my favorite European hotels — I’ve stayed around 20 times over the past decade — and after a year and a half away, the warm welcome back was truly appreciated. My guest room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully appointed with a lovely garden view. However, turndown service was missed one evening until I requested it, which was disappointing for a hotel of this level. As always, the public areas were beautifully maintained, and during Christmas, the decorations are nothing short of enchanting. In-room dining remained excellent, though lunch at Café Antonia fell short — the vegetarian club sandwich came with soggy, undercooked fries. Dinner at Epicure, the renowned three-Michelin-starred restaurant, was enjoyable, and the staff handled dietary requests with professionalism. Yet, for the first time in a decade, my poached eggs were undercooked, and despite booking well in advance, I was initially seated near the kitchen rather than by the window as requested. At Bar du Bristol, several new team members were polite but lacked the personal familiarity and attention to detail that once made the experience so memorable. While Le Bristol remains a beacon of Parisian elegance, some of the refined details and dining consistency that once set it apart seem to have softened. It’s still a beautiful hotel — just not quite the flawless standard it used to be.

"Real Gem"

Our stay in the Junior Suite was simply splendid — impeccable service and absolutely gorgeous food made every moment unforgettable. The hotel’s garden is breathtaking, a serene oasis in the heart of Paris that captures your gaze and admiration at every turn. A truly magical experience that combines elegance, comfort, and beauty in perfect harmony.

"Incredible Hotel- Old school opulence"

We enjoyed a gorgeous three-day romantic break just before Christmas, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The hotel’s location is ideal — close to everything yet wonderfully peaceful. The staff were absolutely fabulous, going above and beyond to make our stay special; nothing was ever too much trouble. The surroundings were elegant, the atmosphere warm and festive, and our room was extremely comfortable. A truly memorable and romantic stay — we can’t wait to return.
