"Great hotel"

An exceptional hotel in every respect, with a special mention for the stunning bathrooms designed by Philippe Starck — elegant, functional, and truly luxurious. The Concierge Service was ultra-efficient, matching the professionalism and attentiveness of the entire hotel staff. Breakfast was excellent, offering both quality and variety to start the day right. The 20-meter swimming pool is another highlight — a rarity in Paris — perfect for anyone who enjoys a proper swim while staying fit during their travels. A truly refined and well-managed establishment that combines style, comfort, and impeccable service.

"Review of Paris Hotel"

A nice hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast, which could offer a bit more variety. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay!

"Great Bar Scene"

We stayed for two nights in an Executive Room and were very pleased with the overall experience. The room size was generous, the décor stylish, and the location excellent — perfect for exploring the city. The concierge team was outstanding, arranging restaurant bookings seamlessly and leaving us genuinely impressed with their professionalism. The bar had a great atmosphere with an impressive Champagne selection, and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch there as well as at Nobu. A relaxing massage in the spa added to the enjoyment of our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful visit with excellent service and amenities. The only small downside was that the bed and linens weren’t quite up to the standard of a Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental, but otherwise, everything was top-notch.

"Sunday brunch: satisfied but to improve!"

We went for Sunday brunch, which offered a great variety and quality of products as expected. However, for a palace, we were disappointed by the lack of clarity and care in the presentation of the dishes. Many starters, including different fish tartares, were served without any labels, so we had to eat without knowing what we were trying. When we asked one of the waiters, he didn’t know either and had to check with the kitchen. Also, the freshness of the oysters was not at its best. A few improvements in organization and quality control would make the experience much better.

"Beautiful hotel – can’t wait to return"

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel — it was nearly perfect in every way. The rooms were lovely, quiet, and wonderfully dark, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower excellent. A fun and unique touch was the acoustic guitar in the room — we’re not sure why it was there, but it added a charming, playful element to our stay. The staff made our anniversary feel extra special with thoughtful gestures including a card, a welcome message, and a delicious cake. Breakfast was lovely, and the relaxed, quiet bar offered great food. The pool and spa were also excellent, adding to the sense of calm and comfort. We also dined at Matsuhisa one evening — highly recommended! The only small disappointment was our room assignment. We had booked a Deluxe Collection room expecting floor-to-ceiling windows, but instead received a top-floor garret room with a sloped ceiling, which required some ducking to get in and out of bed. Being next to the elevator also reduced usable space. A minor letdown, but overall, this didn’t take away from what was otherwise a truly wonderful experience.

"Very good"

The hotel was fine overall, but the price didn’t quite match the facilities offered. The room was clean and comfortable, yet nothing particularly special stood out. The location was convenient, but given the cost, I expected a bit more in terms of experience and amenities. Overall, it was an average stay.

"One exceptional wor"

An absolutely magnificent experience for my partner’s 60th birthday! The décor was splendid and the staff were incredibly kind — far beyond our expectations. We were upgraded to a beautiful room, and the thoughtful touches awaiting us made the stay even more special. The room’s décor and grandeur were simply dreamy. Wonderful staff, perfect location — truly a fabulous experience we can’t wait to repeat!

"Would come back."

Philip Starck’s signature design blends beautifully with the hotel’s old-world charm — very well executed and supported by super friendly staff. Despite a small hiccup with a noisy room, the issue was handled generously. The bedding, linen, and bath towels were heavenly — truly cloud-like comfort. That said, the spa could use an update, especially the sauna. The abundance of mirrors and somewhat tricky light switches might not suit everyone’s taste. Breakfast, while good, feels overpriced and lacks relaxation since it’s held in the Japanese restaurant facing the entrance, creating constant movement. At such room rates, it could be included. The WhatsApp butler service is a nice modern touch. Location is excellent — a peaceful street right in the center — with wonderful valet staff and a charming boutique. However, allowing outside guests at the pool and dogs on carpeted areas slightly detracts from the luxury feel. Overall, a stylish and comfortable stay with excellent service, just a few refinements away from perfection.
