Le Soufflé

"Love the place"
This was our fourth visit to this wonderful restaurant, and once again, it did not disappoint. We walked in planning to try something different from the three-course soufflé menu, but we just couldn’t resist — they’re all too delicious! Each soufflé is perfectly crafted, light, and full of flavor. We’ve nearly tried them all at this point, and every visit has been consistently excellent. Truly love this place!
"Delicious Soufflé!"
This restaurant is absolutely worth a visit! Every variety of soufflé — from the sweet to the savory — was rich and full of flavor. The Grand Marnier soufflé deserves special mention; it was truly exceptional. The steak was also excellent, perfectly complementing the meal. It’s a charming place that’s easy to find, with great service and friendly staff who make you feel welcome. A wonderful dining experience overall — we’ll definitely be coming back!
"It’s all soufle"
A truly charming restaurant where everything on the menu revolves around soufflés — from the starters to the desserts. The portions are on the smaller side, but each dish is beautifully presented and perfectly prepared. A delightful experience for anyone who appreciates this classic French specialty.
"An Authentic Paris Experience"
I absolutely loved this restaurant and was thrilled to introduce my family to soufflé for the first time here. It offered a truly quintessential Parisian meal in a charming neighborhood setting. The food was excellent, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and it quickly became one of my all-time favorite dining experiences in Paris. There’s something on the menu for everyone, and you certainly won’t leave hungry. A visit to this city wouldn’t be complete without a meal at Le Soufflé!
"Soufflé all Day!!"
If you’re looking for a dining experience that’s elegantly traditional yet pleasantly surprising, Le Soufflé is an excellent choice. While it may not dazzle with every visit, it consistently delivers rich, satisfying flavors and a touch of Parisian charm — perfect for those craving something both indulgent and quintessentially French.
"The BEST soufflés!!"
The main course and dessert soufflés were absolutely fabulous, and the service was truly first-class — friendly, attentive, and professional. The experience was unlike any other, so much so that we returned for a second visit during our week in Paris. A must-try for anyone who loves exceptional food and warm hospitality!
"Chance does things well, we came by chance to this establishment: Very Good Welcoming, Delicious Soufflés, A"
We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and what a wonderful surprise it turned out to be. From the warm and welcoming service to the perfectly prepared, delicious soufflés, everything was spot-on. A truly pleasant and memorable dining experience that made our spontaneous visit more than worthwhile.
"Some Hits – But One Huge Miss"
Having previously dined at another wonderful all-soufflé restaurant in Paris (now closed), we were eager to try Le Soufflé. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. We each ordered the fixed three-soufflé menu — the goat cheese and herb soufflé was quite good, and the beef bourguignon soufflé was acceptable. However, the salmon soufflé was a major disappointment, with overpowering dill-flavored egg whites on top and an undercooked, fishy piece of salmon beneath. The Grand Marnier soufflés for dessert were excellent, offering a redeeming finish, but overall, the meal and service lacked the special touch we hoped for. Sadly, I would give this one a pass.
"Try one soufflé if you’ve never tried one before"
We made our reservation online and were excited to finally try this famous spot. I recommend the $58 menu and definitely the chocolate soufflé — it’s the highlight of the meal. I chose the $40 fixed menu, which included a tomato basil soufflé appetizer, a salmon soufflé main, and the chocolate soufflé for dessert. While the savory salmon soufflé wasn’t to my taste, the steak frites looked like a great alternative. We mainly came for the soufflé experience, and though the texture was a bit wetter than expected, it was still enjoyable. Next time, I’d probably just go for the dessert soufflé rather than all three courses. The staff were excellent — attentive, friendly, and professional — and the lively, city-style setting made the meal even more enjoyable.
"Don’t expect great experience if you are solo traveler"
The service was good, but overall, the food was just average. I ordered the foie gras pâté, duck breast, and a soufflé dessert. The duck was barely warm despite being served on a hot plate, and the dessert soufflé was overly sweet. What really spoiled the experience, however, was the seating arrangement — despite the restaurant being only half full at my 7 p.m. reservation, I was placed at one of the worst tables, tucked away in a small back dining room with no windows and constant foot traffic. As a solo traveler, it felt like an afterthought rather than a welcoming dining experience.
Le Soufflé
A restaurant specialising in savoury and sweet soufflés, tucked a block from the Tuileries gardens – charming for something a little different and focused on a specific confection. A delightful stop for both dessert-lovers and light meals.
