"Excellent experience, outstanding cocktails, very creative"

Stopped by to try the drinks and was truly impressed. The cocktails were expertly crafted, and the staff did an excellent job presenting the menu and explaining the various options. The entire experience felt thoughtful and refined, showcasing both creativity and quality. Definitely worth a stop whenever you’re in Paris for anyone who appreciates a great drink and professional service.

"Little Red Door (Paris, France)"

From a personal point of view—especially as someone who enjoys malt whiskey and cocktails—I’d rate this bar a solid 4 out of 5 overall. Location (3/5): It’s a short walk from the station, so not too hard to find, but make sure you enter through the correct door—the red one nearby belongs to another shop. The bar’s entrance is tucked away at the back, so take note before trying to open the wrong one. Atmosphere (3/5): The bar has a modern, cozy vibe with just the right amount of lighting. Counters and tables are well arranged, creating a relaxed yet refined setting. Cocktails (4/5): The White Lady cocktail was especially impressive—creamy, smooth, and delicious. Other cocktails were also well-balanced and enjoyable. Each bartender has a slightly different recipe, which adds a touch of individuality to the experience. Service (4/5): The staff were very polite, attentive, and happy to make recommendations. Their enthusiasm and careful explanations made the experience even better. Overall, this bar deserves its spot among the world’s best. While it feels different from a traditional Japanese bar, it offers a welcoming space to enjoy a great drink, thoughtful service, and even a good cheese pairing. Each bartender brings their own flair, making every visit pleasantly unique.

"#50BestBars"

Without a doubt, Little Red Door is one of the best bars in the world — and it’s easy to see why it’s part of the #50BestBars list. We opted for the Cocktail Tasting Menu, which includes six beautifully crafted cocktails for €56 per person. Each drink was creative, balanced, and perfectly executed, making the experience feel more like a curated journey than a simple night out. The venue itself has a cozy, intimate vibe, and the service was top-notch — attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. A truly exceptional experience from start to finish. Thank you to the team for the hospitality and unforgettable drinks.

"Creative Drinks and Top-Notch Service"

This bar was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Paris. The drink menu was creative, extensive, and full of unique combinations, with every cocktail we tried perfectly balanced and delicious. The service was exceptional — warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive — making the whole experience feel personal and memorable. The ambience was suave yet relaxed, an ideal setting for a pre-dinner drink or a quiet afternoon escape. While the drinks are on the pricier side, the quality, atmosphere, and service absolutely justify it. We left impressed and would definitely return on our next visit to Paris.

"Good but possibly not unforgettable"

This bar offers a warm, cozy setting that feels welcoming and never too noisy — a rare find in busy Paris. The service is attentive, and the staff genuinely care about the guests’ comfort, which makes for a relaxed experience. The cocktails are well crafted with quality, sustainable ingredients, though they don’t quite live up to what you might expect from a world top-50 bar. Prices are on the higher side (€16 each), and while some drinks, like the Pumpkin, were elegant, others — such as the plum cocktail — fell a bit flat, resembling a traditional after-dinner wine. The cocktail menu itself could also benefit from more variety. Expect around a 15–20 minute wait to get in, and note that tipping (at least 10%) is encouraged when paying. Overall, it’s a charming place with great ambiance and service, but the drinks could use a little more creativity to match the reputation.

"Mixed drink heaven"

In the land of endless wine and champagne, sometimes you just crave a perfectly crafted cocktail — and this is exactly the place for that. Whether you go for one of their signature creations or stick to a classic martini, gin and tonic, or your favorite staple, every drink is expertly made and beautifully presented. The staff are professional and attentive, effortlessly managing the flow even when it’s busy. The vibe is mellow and unpretentious, making it a great spot to unwind. You might have to wait a short moment out front while they find you a seat, but it’s well worth it once you’re inside.

"Never fails"

After not visiting for about five years, we were curious to see how this bar had evolved — and we were pleasantly surprised. The cocktails remain top-notch, expertly crafted and full of flavor, and the service is just as attentive and polished as we remembered. The only small downside is that the vibe feels a little less Parisian and slightly more American now, but overall, it’s still a fantastic spot for great drinks and a classy evening out.

The cocktails were superb, perfectly crafted and beautifully presented, while the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient throughout. A truly memorable visit — highly recommended!

"Different and fun"

We had heard great things about Little Red Door before our trip to Paris, so we decided to make a reservation — which we highly recommend, as the bar fills up quickly. Tucked away on a quiet, unassuming street, it’s easy to miss from the outside, but once inside, you’re treated to a truly special experience. The concept is unique: instead of a traditional cocktail menu, you’re guided through a four-course drink tasting. Each cocktail is carefully crafted, and the staff explain the ingredients and inspiration behind every creation — many of which are made in-house. After finishing the set menu, you can choose from a few additional options not previously served. This isn’t the place for a standard gin and tonic or old fashioned — it’s a creative cocktail journey that focuses on innovation and flavor. A must-try for anyone who enjoys mixology as an art form.

A landmark in the Paris cocktail scene, this hidden gem delivers creative, locally-sourced cocktails in a cozy, art-filled space.
