"Looking for a more than decent priced accommodation, do not hesitate"
This apartment is well-equipped and located in a quiet area, yet close to the center. It’s attractively priced and near the Columns of Hercules, with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. We also appreciated the clear instructions provided before our arrival for collecting the keys, which made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.
"You can probably do better for the same price"
The apartment was spacious and clean, but the shower door didn’t close properly, causing the bathroom floor to get very wet. We had to use a large towel on the floor and wring it out after each shower. During our 3-night stay for 2 people, only one set of towels was provided, which we had to use for the shower issue. We contacted the local representatives requesting extra towels but received no response. Overall, the apartment is okay, but for the price, the service could definitely be better.
"Good size apartment"
The apartment is tidy and in a great location. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi never worked during our stay. It would also have been helpful if the apartment provided some information about nearby restaurants.
"Perfect in every respect."
Location, size, facilities, and overall quality were all perfect. We received outstanding service from the local agent, who was very helpful throughout our stay. There was some minor noise in the living area from outside, but it quieted down after midnight. The bedroom above was completely unaffected, making for a restful stay.
"Great flat, central location and helpful staff"
The flat was clean, spacious, and equipped with AC in every room. We enjoyed a large terrace and a big living room, with a fridge, stove, washing machine, TV, and everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even booking us a flamenco show at the Museo del Baile Flamenco, which we highly recommend. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. One small issue: we had agreed to pay part of the price in cash the day after arrival, but the payment was instead taken directly from our credit card without asking. Not a major problem, but worth noting. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended!
"Perfect Appartment"
We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We stayed in apartment no. 5, which was very spacious, tidy, fully equipped, and well-priced. Its location is excellent—just steps from a charming square filled with bars and restaurants, and only 2 km from the city center. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.
"Wonderful family holiday"
We had an amazing time in Seville. The apartment was beautifully furnished, very clean, and had everything we needed. One minor point was the lack of an oven for heating food, but with so many wonderful restaurants nearby, it hardly mattered! The climb to the second floor was a bit of a trial late at night, but it was worth it for the two private roof terraces, where we enjoyed many a glass of wine. The owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful, assisting with taxis and offering excellent local advice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends.
"Fantastic!"
This is our second visit, and we just love these apartments! This time, we used the buses, and the main stops are within easy walking distance. We hope to return next year, though not in August as it was far too hot this time. Highly recommended!
"Excelent"
We had a very good experience staying here. The apartment is comfortable and well-located, near the Alameda Hércules. The only minor issue was the shower in the bathroom, but it didn’t affect our stay. The historical center is just a 20-minute walk away, and there are plenty of bus options nearby.
"Great location out of the centre in the ‘real seville’ but very poor service"
We stayed for 3 nights at Living Sevilla San Lorenzo on St. Clara Street in Apartment 2 (ground floor). Be aware that Living Sevilla operates multiple apartments, so positive reviews may not always refer to the specific unit you book. The apartment is about a 25–30 minute walk from Seville’s main attractions like the Cathedral and Real Alcazar, but it’s close to a charming local suburb. This area felt like “real Seville” and was perfect for us, with lots of restaurants and playgrounds nearby—great for our two and four-year-old children. The apartment itself was spacious, with enough beds for six people (two singles, one double, and a fold-out sofa). The living space and kitchen were large, though the bathroom and second bedroom were small. While it was clean, the apartment had a very strong sewage-like smell. A strong air freshener had clearly been used to mask it, but it made the situation worse, causing headaches and nausea. The washing machine also smelled moldy, and laundry retained the same odor. Our biggest frustration was the lack of communication from the company. Check-in was smooth, and the staff member was helpful, but after that, messages and calls went unanswered. When someone finally came to inspect the problem 10 hours later, the smell remained. While the apartment is good value for money and the location is excellent, we cannot recommend this unit due to the poor service and lack of responsiveness. It’s a shame, as the property could have been a great choice otherwise.
