"Unprofessional and Irresponsible Travel Agency"
This is a very unprofessional and irresponsible travel agency. I booked my Machu Picchu entry and round-trip bus ticket through their website. After payment, I received an email saying the booking would be verified within 24 hours. I called multiple times, but no one answered. I eventually had to visit their office, where a staff member connected me with someone responsible. He asked for my booking info but didn’t check it until hours later. Although I urgently needed the tickets for the next day, I only received my Machu Picchu entry after two hours of back and forth. By the time I tried to book the train, there were no tickets left. Very unpleasant experience.
"Don’t Use This Company – Overpriced and Misleading"
DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! Extremely overpriced. We booked online as recommended, but once we arrived in Cusco, we discovered that all the other tour companies charge less than half for the exact same tour. We were told everything was included (with just a small list of exclusions), yet we ended up having to purchase many additional items. Highly recommend avoiding this company.
