"Beautiful views, quiet, good value."
I stayed here for 2 nights and was overall very impressed. It was my first time at this hotel. The room had a comfortable double bed, was spacious, and offered a clean bathroom with a separate bath and toilet. The hotel also features a nice pool, fitness center, and a coffee restaurant. The location is very convenient, with restaurants, cafes, and a 7-11 just a few minutes’ walk away, and easy access to the RCA area.

I had a reasonable two-night stay. Since we arrived late and spent most of the days out, we didn’t get much time to fully enjoy the hotel. Nevertheless, I was satisfied overall with the experience. Thank you.
"Overall Experience"
We booked three rooms for a very special family trip — a reunion after a year and a celebration for my mom’s birthday. While the birthday decoration we requested wasn’t provided, the overall experience was positive. Our rooms were conveniently assigned next to each other, which was very helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable, though the variety could be improved, and the front desk staff could benefit from offering warmer smiles to make interactions more welcoming. We initially booked three nights, then traveled to Chiang Mai, and upon returning, we added another night because we genuinely enjoyed the hotel and our room. A special shout-out goes to Mr. Kom, who assisted us with our luggage each time. His big smile and attentive service made us feel truly cared for and welcome, and he was the only staff member who remembered us as returning guests. We also appreciated the front desk offering a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return to this hotel.
"Very nice hotel but lack of management."
Staff members such as Ploy, Mookmik, Suitar, and Gab were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, making for an enjoyable stay. However, mosquitoes were quite a problem, and the hotel could benefit from investing in bug zappers. Spending a bit more on this would make it much more pleasant to relax in the lobby or enjoy a meal in the restaurant.
"Convenient location and friendly staff"
This hotel is ideal for medical tourism, thanks to its location near a hospital in a pleasant and convenient area. The staff are very helpful, especially with luggage, and provide considerate and practical service to their guests. With nearby convenience stores and street food vendors, everything you need is within easy reach, making your stay comfortable and hassle-free.
"Not as expected"
Thank you for your email dated 6th May 2024. As a loyal guest, I would like to bring the following issues to your attention: Firstly, the welcome from the young receptionist was not very friendly, and her English skills need improvement. There should be no arguments during check-in or check-out. Despite prior email exchanges regarding my arrival, I was still asked to pay B1,000 for early check-in, which reflects poorly on the hotel’s organization. During my stay, the TV in my room repeatedly turned off and on, which was very annoying, and the air conditioning was noisy. The breakfast buffet was poorly managed—when I requested items like tomatoes, cucumbers, or noodles, I was asked to wait 10 minutes each time. Additionally, the staff preparing scrambled eggs did so without gloves, wiping sweat off their hands before handling food, which made it unsafe to eat. The gym equipment was inadequate, with only a few machines, many of which were noisy. It would also be more practical to have a TV viewable from the sofa, not just from the bed. Overall, due to these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Kind regards, Heval Hylan
"Good room, thin walls"
The hotel is clean and offers good value for the price. However, the walls are very thin, so it’s not ideal if you are sensitive to noise. We could hear neighbors coming home at 2:30 AM, talking, and showering, which unfortunately affected our sleep quality.
"Overall – Good Hotel"
This hotel is great for a business stay, offering clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is convenient, with a nearby convenience store and supermarket. Breakfast is decent but fairly repetitive—there was no variation during our 3-night stay, which is an area that could be improved for longer stays.
"Trip to Bangkok"
The hotel itself is good, but it is not easily accessible to the city center. Taxis were not readily available, making transport inconvenient. The bathrooms were below standard and could be improved. Staff were not particularly friendly, and overall accessibility was difficult. Food was okay, and considering everything, it offers average value for money.
"Impressed"
I recently dropped by Coffee n Crumble and had a wonderful experience, thanks to the friendly and attentive service from Bam, our waitress. I tried the Wagyu hamburger on her recommendation, and it was delicious—the meat was fresh, the vegetables delightful, and the bun soft. I think it would be even better if the bun were grilled a bit more for some extra crunch. I also enjoyed a perfectly brewed shot of Americano, just the way I like it. Overall, a great visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back! 😇😇
