"One of the Best Hotels in Paris"
We usually stay at the sister hotel Raphael, currently under renovation, but the Majestic proved to be equally excellent. It truly deserves its 5-star rating for its perfect location, serene atmosphere, outstanding service, and overall quality. A wonderful stay in every sense!
"Great location – ac problems – mediocre breakfast – boring service"
The hotel is undeniably beautiful, with spacious rooms and great amenities like a gym and pool. Traveling with our kids, we appreciated having adjoining rooms, which made our stay more convenient. However, several issues prevented this from being a true 5-star experience. The air conditioning in our rooms didn’t work properly, and despite being given loud fans as a temporary fix, there was no follow-up from staff to ensure our comfort during the Paris heatwave. Additionally, we were required to purchase breakfast daily, but when we had to leave early on our last day, the hotel refused to refund over 100 euros for the unused meal. The bar area also felt unwelcoming, with indifferent service — we’d recommend walking to the Peninsula nearby for a better experience. While we’ve had a great stay at their sister property, Hotel Raphael, this particular hotel unfortunately did not live up to the same high standard.
"Our stay in Paris"
The hotel is ideally situated on a quiet street, offering both peace and convenience. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the staff were exceptionally attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was generous, with a great selection of hot and cold dishes. We’d gladly stay here again in the future.
"Fine, but…"
The hotel boasts a great location and beautifully decorated rooms, though some areas are starting to show their age. The spa facilities are impressive, especially the large pool, which adds a touch of luxury to the stay. However, the breakfast was a major letdown — lacking the quality and variety one would expect, even from a 3-star establishment.
"Lovely getaway in Paris"
Excellent experience overall! The hotel provided comfort and quality service, but it would have been nice to receive a brief orientation upon arrival, including details about the pool, gym, and sauna facilities with their opening hours. Also, the room service could improve — several items weren’t available, including fresh fruit at 11:00 p.m. Despite these small drawbacks, it was a very pleasant stay.
"All good but not great"
While the hotel benefits from a central and strategic location, it doesn’t quite live up to a 5-star standard. Our top-floor room with a large terrace was spacious and comfortable, and the double bed was excellent. However, the sofa bed was small with a thin mattress, making it less suitable for sleeping. Housekeeping was disappointing, with limited attention to cleanliness and no evening room refresh. Breakfast was good but lacked variety, and although the pool was nice, the service at checkout was unprofessional — the receptionist seemed unsure how to arrange a taxi to the airport. Overall, a pleasant stay in parts, but far from the level expected of a luxury hotel.
"Paradise"
A wonderful place to rest and reflect — truly the best spot in Paris for peace and relaxation. We fell completely in love with this hotel; it feels like a lasting bond has been formed. Leaving it, or “divorcing” from it, would be unthinkable!

This cozy hotel offers an excellent location and friendly, attentive service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after exploring the city. However, the decor feels a bit dated, and the lobby is quite small. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay for those seeking comfort and convenience in a central area.
"Great place to stay and location"
We always love visiting Paris, and the 16th district remains our favorite area. The Majestic offers an ideal location with excellent staff and great amenities — truly a perfect choice for our stays in the city.
"Good comfortable hotel in a great location"
We had a lovely long weekend at this hotel. It was clean, stylish, and well maintained throughout. Our junior suite was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a modern, well-equipped bathroom. Although the room wasn’t initially set up for all four of us, the staff quickly resolved it with great efficiency. The swimming pool was a fantastic bonus — our children loved spending their afternoons there while we relaxed on the loungers. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and several great cafés. A truly enjoyable stay for families visiting Paris.
