"Lovely Ambience and Service, But Underwhelming Food"
The ambience and service at this restaurant were truly enjoyable—welcoming, comfortable, and attentive throughout. However, the food didn’t quite live up to the setting. I ordered the lomo saltado based on high recommendations, but was disappointed to receive what felt like a mediocre stir-fry, lacking depth of flavor and dominated by an overpowering soy sauce taste. While the experience was pleasant overall, the dish itself didn’t meet expectations.

I highly recommend the premium pisco chilcano—it was delicious and refreshing. As the evening chill sets in, they thoughtfully provide blankets, making it a comfortable and memorable experience.

We ordered a couple of appetizers which were decent, and while we opted for wine, the cocktails looked impressive—especially the pisco sours, which they prepare right in front of you. A great spot to unwind and take in the city from above.

I ordered the papa rellena (both classic and ají de gallina) as well as the papa causa, but found them underwhelming. The onions were not marinated, making it feel like eating mashed potatoes topped with raw onion—an unpleasant combination. With so many excellent dining options in the area, there's little room for food that feels this mediocre.
