"Great Facilities but Poor AC and Service Detract from the Experience"
While the hotel offers good food and fantastic pools and beaches, the room air conditioning was a major issue. Most of the time, it didn’t work properly, leaving the room hot and humid. When I raised this concern with the duty manager at night, he brushed off my query with a disappointing attitude. Unfortunately, due to the poor central AC system and the lack of proper support, I would consider other options for my next stay.
"Fun Activities and Wonderful Instructors!"
I really enjoyed taking part in the sports activities at the hotel. I joined aqua aerobics with Julia almost every day at 3 or 4 pm, and thanks to her, I’ve developed a new love for fitness and regular exercise. Julia is amazing—so kind, motivating, and full of energy. Thank you so much, Julia, you’re truly great! ❤️ I also had fun playing darts, and I’d like to thank Ahmet, the animator, for making it such an enjoyable experience. Thank you both for everything!
"Nice Vacation with Some Drawbacks"
Julia did an amazing job running the morning gym sessions—her energy and professionalism made a big difference. The food was good, though the variety could be improved. The rooms were decent, and the surrounding area is very pleasant. Unfortunately, we were misled by the travel agency about the hotel having heated outdoor pools and a functional waterpark. The waterpark feels very dated and almost abandoned, with lifeguards rarely visible. The gym offers all the basic equipment for training but isn’t cleaned properly. Most guests were Russian during our stay. On the positive side, the evening shows were lovely, and the kids really enjoyed them. The hotel shops are extremely expensive with no discounts, and since there are no other shops nearby, you’ll need a taxi to Belek (€10 for a 3 km ride). The sea was pleasantly warm, and overall, it was a nice vacation despite some shortcomings.
"Beautiful Resort with Great Potential but Disappointing Service"
The resort itself is stunning, with a Maldives-like feel—lush, green, and impeccably clean. The variety of food is impressive, catering to all tastes, and the renovated rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff do make an effort to be polite and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, there were several issues that impacted our stay. Upon booking, we requested a ground-floor club standard room, but during check-in, we were placed on the second floor. When we pointed this out, we were moved to a new room, only to find it located directly next to the night club—not ideal for a family with a toddler. After requesting another change, we were finally relocated, but this room had a leaking sink and toilet. Though maintenance eventually resolved the issue after two visits, the process was frustrating, especially after unpacking three family suitcases. Communication was another major challenge. Virtually no one speaks English, apart from one or two staff members in the entire resort. Even “Guest Relations” relied on Google Translate to assist guests. Housekeeping left much to be desired. Cleaning was done every other day rather than daily, meaning our small trash bins were often overflowing, and toiletries were never replenished. The mini-bar was inconsistently restocked—sometimes snacks, other times refreshments, but never everything at once. Service across the resort was slow, and some staff seemed unwilling to go the extra mile. For example, at the mini pool bar, the bartender closed up with two guests still in line, including a child, simply to save a minute of her time. The resort’s animation program was extremely loud, continuing until 12:30 at night, which was frustrating for families trying to rest. At lunchtime, the main restaurant only opened at 12:30, leaving parents of young children waiting while enduring loud music—thankfully, a few snack bars opened earlier. Finally, even the serene garden area wasn’t spared from disruption. At 2:40 pm, a staff member began trimming tree branches directly in front of our patio while our toddler was napping. Overall, while the resort has great potential and beautiful grounds, the lack of attention to guest comfort and poor service made it hard to fully relax and enjoy our stay.
"A Perfect Stay – Felt Like Home"
This beautiful resort made my two-day stay absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect—the food, the room, and the service were all incredible. I felt completely at home and enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this place 100% and will definitely return!
"Great Family Resort – A La Carte Dining Highly Recommended"
I would strongly recommend spending the €10 for dinner at the à la carte restaurants within the resort—it’s the only extra cost and absolutely worth it for the experience. We did face some communication issues and, despite our requests, no one was able to arrange the double bed properly; it remained as two singles pushed together for our entire stay. That said, the resort overall is very family-friendly and offers a truly enjoyable experience.
"Wonderful Service at Pine Beach"
Gamze Akin is an exceptional young lady who serves with a constant smile and warm attitude. Thank you for making our experience at Pine Beach so pleasant!
"Family-Friendly Resort with Room for Improvement"
We stayed for 8 nights with my wife and our infant son and had a generally pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious, and the staff were always friendly, smiling, and polite. The kids’ activities and the lovely kids’ club were definite highlights for families with young children. However, there were several areas that could be improved. Food options were very limited between 11 am and 12:30 pm (except for a small gözleme station) and again from 4 pm to 6:30 pm (only a hotdog station, which isn’t ideal for a 1-year-old). The cocktail bars are a 5-minute walk from the beach and often had long lines since there was only one bartender serving. The food quality was average, with no standout or refined options—steaks were consistently tough, and anything with mayonnaise was disappointing. Traditional Turkish sweets were made exclusively with walnuts instead of pistachios, likely as a cost-saving measure, and there were no fresh juices available. The restaurant felt overcrowded during dinner, making it difficult to find a table, and there was even a 15-minute wait for shrimp one evening. Alcohol quality was below average, and much of the food was either fried or heavily grilled with lots of oil. Lastly, the internet connection throughout the resort was poor. Overall, while the resort has family-friendly amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, several aspects of the dining experience and facilities could use serious attention to make it a truly great stay.
"Excellent Stay at Pine Beach Belek – Perfect for Business and Leisure"
I recently stayed at Pine Beach Belek for the SwipeLine Summit 2024 and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the food served throughout our stay was fresh, delicious, and varied. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. A special thanks to Ms. Gamze at the restaurant for her outstanding service and warm attitude. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business events and leisure stays. It’s a top-notch choice if you’re looking for impeccable service, excellent food, and a clean, inviting environment.
"Decent Stay but Falls Short of Expectations"
A last-minute reservation came with a few surprises. While the resort claims 5 stars, it feels more like a local standard five-star property. Cleanliness and room service are kept to a strict minimum. On the positive side, the animations and food were great and added to the experience. However, communication is difficult if you don’t speak Turkish or Russian. At the beach disco/bar, we encountered two particularly rude staff members, and the lack of queue etiquette was frustrating—guests who cut in line were served first while those waiting respectfully were often ignored. The staff made no effort to maintain order. Additionally, the childcare staff at the kids’ club didn’t seem very engaged or enthusiastic about their roles. Overall, while there are some enjoyable aspects, there are clear areas where service and organization could be improved.
"An Amazing Stay Made Special by Wonderful Staff"
Frankly, everything about our stay was close to perfect—from the reception and rooms to the facilities, entertainment programs, food, beach, and more. But what truly made our vacation worth every penny was the warm, welcoming spirit and the constant flow of smiles from the staff all around. We’d especially like to mention a few people who made a lasting impression: Mr. Ahmed, the supervisor at reception; Ms. Aksana at the clubhouse reception; and the lovely team at Antique Café—Malika, Maryam, and the others. This experience has greatly encouraged us to return and relive this wonderful holiday in the future.
"Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service"
I had a very enjoyable vacation here. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were outstanding—always helpful and ready to assist with a positive attitude. The food was also very good; during our five-day stay, we enjoyed a great variety of delicious Turkish dishes. I gave four stars for the room because the bed, while not terrible, was a bit dated and could be more comfortable. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this resort and would happily return in the future!
