"Beware: Poor Implant Follow-Up and Customer Care at This Clinic"

I got an implant at this clinic, and within a month the crown came off. They replaced it, but a year later it came off again while I was in another country. It turns out the method they use—installing the crown on a round post—makes it prone to falling off. Proper clinics use a shaped post (like a star) to secure the crown more reliably. When I reached out for help, their response was painfully slow—once every three days—and I was constantly redirected to the implant company. They required me to pay half the cost for parts to fix their mistake and I had to travel to Turkey to pick them up. This clinic clearly does not care about patients once the money is received. If you want to avoid frustration, repeated procedures, and poor support, do not go here.
