"Super attentive service and delicious food"
We received excellent service from Jael, Victor, and Alan, who made our experience truly memorable. The food was delicious, with the salmon cooked perfectly. The restaurant offers a wonderful atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a romantic outing or a special meal as a couple.

At Restaurant Heritage, Alexander and Alma provided very attentive and friendly service throughout our visit. The food was excellent, well-seasoned, and flavorful. Breakfast is served daily as a buffet, offering a good variety of options to start the day right. Overall, a highly satisfying dining experience.

The therapy overall was enjoyable, with very good service. I experienced a Pachamama bath and a Mexican massage. Ideally, I would have loved to have two Pachamama baths, but I was informed that this wasn’t possible due to the lack of a cabin to accommodate both services simultaneously. On the other hand, the preparation for the wet areas of the previous service left something to be desired, as the information provided wasn’t entirely clear. Additionally, I felt that the sauna experience lacked a certain essence or atmosphere to make it fully satisfying. Overall, a pleasant experience, but with room for improvement in communication and ambiance.
