The facilities are new and very clean, and the 24-hour reception is staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. Breakfast is varied and quite complete, though I personally felt it could have included more protein options. Overall, a very pleasant stay with attentive service.
"Roman holidays"
We stayed at this hotel in Rome for three nights, primarily due to its excellent location near Roma Termini and easy access to public transport, combined with an attractive price. It’s important to note that this is a hybrid property, blending hotel and hostel features. As a result, some typical hotel amenities are limited: there’s no in-room safe or minibar (only a shared fridge), no phone to reach reception, room cleaning is on request, and only one towel was provided for three people. Our spacious room also had a slight odor. Extra requests come with fees, including the €15 charge for early check-in, even when the room was already ready—something that felt unnecessarily rigid. Despite the minimalist services, the staff were friendly and welcoming. There’s also a small playroom, which was a hit with children and teenagers. Overall, it’s a suitable choice for young travelers with modest expectations, especially for its location and lively, informal atmosphere.
"Great hotel, needs new corridor carpets"
A surprisingly great hotel, just a 10-minute walk from Termini station and only 2 minutes from Castro Pretorio metro (B line). The blend of hostel and hotel in a beautifully restored older building creates a lively, young atmosphere, with a modern, jazzy lobby and great energy throughout. The rooms are minimalist, well-designed, very clean, and feature comfortable beds. Breakfast, served in a spacious area below the lobby, exceeded expectations compared to most hotels. The only drawback is the dark red corridor carpets, which are stained and have an unpleasant odor, making you want to reach your room quickly. Despite this, I would gladly return.
"Decent stay and mysterious eggs"
The staff at this hostel were really nice and welcoming. The room, however, could have been cleaner—there were dirty spots on the walls, and the shower curtain had mold. Breakfast was okay, with tasty coffee and a modest variety of food, though the scrambled eggs had a strange consistency and taste. The location was very convenient, with two grocery shops nearby and the train station just a few minutes away. Overall, it was a decent stay.
"Reasonable value for money"
We stayed for two nights with four families. The hotel is renovated, well located, and generally pleasant. It features a bar in the lobby with soft drinks, as well as billiards and table football for entertainment. A mini supermarket next door adds convenience. However, the breakfast buffet felt a bit limited for the price paid, and the cleanliness was only fair. The hotel is close to a metro entrance and just 400 meters from the train station, making it very convenient for getting around. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay.

It was a great stay in an excellent location, with the metro conveniently right across the street, making it easy to explore the center of Rome. A special thanks to Marco, who was incredibly kind and helpful, patiently answering all my questions about this beautiful city.

"Amazing! Very helpful reception"
The receptionist team at this hotel is truly amazing! They arranged for early check-in, helped us get water after a long walk from the airport with heavy luggage, and were genuinely kind throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Ali, who was especially friendly—and makes some fantastic cocktails too!
