"Great Location – Pub Street easy to get to"
We stayed in room 205 on the 2nd floor for three days while visiting Siem Reap, mainly exploring the Angkor Wat complex, from 31/10/25 to 03/11/25. The hotel has a charming boutique style, complete with a pool and massage services, though we didn’t use the latter. The staff were friendly and professional throughout, making our stay very comfortable. While we didn’t dine at the restaurant, we would have liked to see more vegetarian options on the menu. Pub Street is vibrant and easily reachable with a Grab tuk-tuk, or about a 20-minute walk from the hotel. Special mentions to Judy at reception, who was excellent, friendly, and always had a lovely smile, and to Theary, who made us feel truly welcome.
"short stay 3 days"
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location — just a short walk to Pub Street and convenient for visiting Angkor Wat. They also offer special services for TikTok content during your visit, which is a fun extra touch.
"Good hotel in good location"
A nice hotel with very service-minded staff who are always ready to help. The pool area is lovely and refreshing, perfect for relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located — just a 12-minute walk to the Old Market and 15 minutes to Angkor Wat.
"Small, charming boutique hotel!"
All the necessary facilities were readily available and met most guests’ needs. A special mention goes to the fantastic staff, whose kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help were truly unsurpassed. Overall, it was a smooth stay and an unforgettable experience 😊.
"Well located hotel, great reception team!"
The hotel is centrally located in Siem Reap, within walking distance to the Night Market and Pub Street. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Kimsingh, and it was clear that the entire reception team values hospitality highly. The hotel’s decor is attractive, and our junior suite was spacious and well-furnished, featuring a separate living and sleeping area, TV, tea and coffee facilities, well-functioning air conditioning, and drinking water in glass bottles — a thoughtful eco-friendly touch. The bathroom was well-equipped with a bath, shower, toilet, and a large sink. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options, always well-stocked and freshly replenished. The pool area is large and inviting, though it does need some maintenance — protruding nails on the wooden planks, broken shelves, and missing or damaged tiles in the pool can be safety concerns. Noise from neighboring construction can also hinder relaxation. A Swedish massage at the hotel comes highly recommended. Considering all aspects, we rated our stay 4.5 stars — very good, though not perfect in certain areas. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel in Siem Reap!
"Exotic bubble"
This is a nice hotel situated conveniently in the city. The pool is enjoyable, the breakfast buffet is very good, and the staff are always smiling and welcoming, making for a pleasant stay.
"Well located recommended hotel"
This hotel is very well located, with friendly and courteous staff who offered excellent tips for a delicious nearby dinner. The pool and outdoor area are surprisingly well maintained, creating a little green oasis in the city. Highly recommended!
"Very nice"
A wonderful and charming hotel with very professional and friendly staff. We were pleasantly surprised with a big welcome in our room, including a delicious cake. We thoroughly enjoyed our three-day stay.
"I can’t forget the smile on the staff’s face"
Overall, the hotel excelled in location, staff, breakfast buffet, cleanliness, and value for money, all deserving 5 stars. However, there were issues with the in-room amenities — the glass bottle of water had mold in the cork, and the refrigerator was broken and dirty, which significantly impacted the experience.
"Great hotel"
A nice hotel with wonderful, attentive staff — special thanks to Kimsinh! The team recommended excellent restaurants, arranged airport transfers, and organized tours of the local temples. The buffet breakfast catered to a variety of tastes, and the pool was lovely. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed, and the location was excellent — just a short walk to the Palace and many great restaurants.
