"Excellent Support from Translator Made My Women’s VIP Check-Up a Great Experience"

I discovered the women’s VIP check-up through TikTok and decided to try it out. I was assigned a translator named Meral Halit, and she was absolutely outstanding — a perfect 10/10! Meral was kind, attentive, and incredibly patient throughout the whole process. The check-up spanned a busy day and a half, with many appointments, but she translated all my thoughts and questions for each specialist perfectly. Thanks to her support, I had a really positive and smooth experience.

"Disappointing Hair Transplant Experience Despite Luxurious Setting"

I had a hair transplantation procedure at the clinic, but overall, the experience was very disappointing. The hairline on the left and right sides doesn’t match, which is frustrating. Time management was poor, with long waits both before and after the operation. When I raised my concerns, communication abruptly stopped—emails went unanswered. While the hospital lobby looks like a 5-star hotel, the actual service felt more like a budget hostel. Interestingly, some friends who had their transplant at the same clinic reported much better experiences. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my visit.

"Compassionate Care and Excellent Support at Memorial Hospital"

My name is Batan Dauda Akut, and I came to Memorial Hospital for treatment of gastrointestinal reflux and a liver biopsy, under the care of Dr. Salih Boga. He was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain every detail and finding from his investigations in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Meeting him has been a blessing for both me and my family. Dr. Boga also treated my daughter and was able to diagnose a condition she had been struggling with for quite some time, which has brought us immense relief knowing she can now live a normal life without frequent restroom visits after meals. The translators, Merve and Kanbar Saaed, played a crucial role in bridging communication gaps. Their constant guidance and advice made a huge difference, and I am deeply grateful for their support. Additionally, the doctor’s assistant and the entire medical team were very helpful and supportive, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring.

"Well-Organized Medical Procedure with Helpful Translators but Language Barriers in Hospital Stay"

I visited Memorial Hospital for a dermatology procedure, and the doctor did an excellent job explaining what to expect and how the procedure would be carried out. The entire trip was well-organized by the team, making the experience very comfortable. The translators were friendly and very helpful throughout the process. However, my stay at the hospital was somewhat challenging because some nurses did not speak any English, which made communicating my needs during the night stressful. Despite this difficulty, the overall trip was smooth, the doctor was skilled, and the translators provided great support.

"Disappointing Delays and Poor Coordination at Memorial Clinic"

I had a check-up at Memorial Clinic on January 16th, with a clear promise that all my results would be delivered within five days. Unfortunately, I only received the first documents on February 11th, and to this day, many results are still missing despite a month of persistent follow-ups. While the hospital itself is modern and visually impressive, the organization and management of the check-up were seriously lacking. Most frustratingly, I never received my complete results. Additionally, although my check-up was supposed to include a dental visit, the coordinator dismissed it by saying, "Why do you need it? He will just take a look, that’s all," and as a result, I never actually had the dental examination.

"Transparent Experience with Great Coordination and Translation Support at Memorial Group Hospital – Sisli"

My visit to Memorial Group Hospital's Sisli location didn't fully live up to the polished image portrayed in their social media advertisements. That said, the extensive range of medical tests included in the checkup made it a worthwhile investment. The highlight of my experience was the excellent support from the assigned translators, who were professional, polite, and kept me well-informed throughout the process. Special thanks to Sena Doslu, the coordinator who efficiently arranged my appointment and provided all the necessary information to help me start my trip smoothly. The transfers from the airport to the hotel and then to the hospital were seamless. Although there were a few minor hiccups during the process, I’m ultimately satisfied with the experience and glad I went through with the medical checkup given the overall value.
