"Solutive"
The restaurant is suitable for dining at any hour—we arrived at 22:40 and were quietly seated for dinner. Everything, including the fresh pasta, was gluten-free, with large portions that were very well prepared. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Prices are reasonable given the central location, making this a go-to reference point for us in the area.

We chose this restaurant for its gluten-free offerings, as my daughter is celiac. The gluten-free menu mirrors much of the traditional menu, and everything we tried was very good—from the bruschetta and gluten-free bread to the battered shrimp. The pizzas had a heavy, chewy dough, which we enjoyed. Be aware that prices are on the higher side.

We enjoyed a Sunday lunch at this restaurant and everything was exceptional—from the excellent service to the traditional Roman dishes, which were truly delicious. The restaurant is located in Piazza Campo de’ Fiori and offers outdoor seating, adding to the charm. Highly recommended!

We booked in advance, eager to try their gluten-free offerings, and were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The food itself was fantastic—well-prepared and delicious—but the service was quite slow. We had to repeatedly prompt the staff to get our orders, which felt a bit odd given the quality of the meal. Despite this, the food made the visit worthwhile.

Located in a beautiful square, the setting added to the experience, even though we dined indoors. Unlike other restaurants, we felt no pressure or “bullying” to be seated, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
