I was charged twice and then they initially refuse to refund me. Then when they finally accepted they made the process extremely difficult. Red tape people that they do not want to work more then their daily task within the public sector. Buy your tickets for Machu Picchu using other entities.

Never booked tickets at the Ministerio. They are unhelpful, rude and the most arrogant people I have ever seen. There are other official Machu Picchu providers where visitors can get tickets without having to deal with the Ministerio de Cultura.
