"One of the Best Stays in Arequipa"
Without a doubt, this is one of the best places to stay in Arequipa. The hotel is located in a quiet area, offers excellent service, and serves a very good breakfast. The room was comfortable and well-kept, and for dinner, I really enjoyed the Mint salad. Overall, a highly recommended stay.

Although the hotel is slightly removed from the historic district, the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. The rooms were spotless, and we appreciated the treadmill and basic gym facilities. Breakfast was decent, though the two dinners we had were only average. Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the cleanliness and helpful service.

stayed nearly a week at Mint Hotel, and the staff exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the reception team assisted me with everything I needed. After arriving bruised from an accident, they went above and beyond—helping me find a clinic and even instructing the taxi driver with the exact address. The hotel restaurant was excellent as well, offering great food and outstanding service. A special thanks goes to Mariano, the waiter, who was not only attentive and professional but also a true friend during a difficult time. He even helped me with a personal matter outside of his duties, something I will never forget. Having stayed at many hotels during my travels, I can confidently say Mint Hotel provided one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you for a wonderful stay and an unforgettable experience.

Unfortunately, Alejandro at the front desk ruined my stay with his lack of professionalism and poor communication. His attitude left me stressed and diminished the overall experience.

The staff were fantastic, and the food was excellent. The hotel is located just outside the hustle of the historic district but still within walking distance. A great choice for travelers seeking a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere.
"Disappointing Experience – Better to Stay Elsewhere"
This hotel was mediocre overall, with nothing particularly special about it. The breakfast was especially disappointing: limited portions, stale-looking cake, and coffee served in bulk. When I simply asked for a glass of water, I was given a bottled one that I later had to pay for. To make matters worse, the receptionist was unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the situation. Overall, I cannot recommend this place—there are better options nearby.
