"Worst Bus Experience with Mwasalat – Extremely Disappointing Service"
This was the worst bus service I’ve ever experienced. We were traveling from Russel to Ibra when the bus overheated, and the driver pulled over but didn’t even turn off the engine. We had to sit inside the hot bus for almost 3 hours, and when we asked the driver what was happening, he responded rudely and ignored everyone. Such behavior is unacceptable. I strongly recommend choosing a taxi instead of Mwasalat — it’s not worth the trouble or discomfort.

The station has ticket counters for city routes, and payments are generally accepted by card. However, if you prefer to pay in cash, you can easily purchase your ticket directly from the bus driver. Most buses run on time, ensuring reliable service, and free Wi-Fi is available onboard, making travel both convenient and comfortable.
"Good Service but Poor Maintenance — No Clean Bathrooms"
The service itself is good, but the place doesn’t have a clean bathroom, which is a major issue. This reflects poorly on the management as it’s a basic need for commuters that’s being completely neglected. Even if many passengers are considered “car-less” or from the working class, they still deserve respect and dignity — and that starts with providing a clean and usable comfort room. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses it soon.

I hope the management will improve facilities and provide a proper waiting area with lighting and basic amenities for passengers.

The cleanliness at Rasul Station is very poor, and there is no proper seating area for passengers. The staff behavior is also unprofessional, which makes the overall experience quite disappointing. The management should take immediate action to improve hygiene, provide seating arrangements, and ensure staff treat passengers respectfully.

The ticket counter service is very poor and disappointing. The staff are not helpful or attentive, making the process slow and frustrating. The management should seriously improve the service quality and staff behavior to ensure passengers have a smoother experience when purchasing tickets.
