The service was far from what we expected.
"Do not book with them"
The sales process was overly aggressive, and they had some unusual practices, such as urging us to cancel bookings with other companies we had already committed to.
"Cancel our bookings with competitors."
This company repeatedly urged us to cancel our reservations with other firms. Such practices are not commendable! Furthermore, their own service was unsatisfactory.
"Very average service"
We've been to Machu Picchu twice. Our first visit was coordinated by a different agency, and their service was impeccable. However, for our second trip, we used Nomad Travel, and the service didn't meet our expectations.
"We did not get what they offered"
Throughout the booking process, they were attentive and supportive, but the actual service we received did not match their promises. Their post-purchase customer support leaves much to be desired.
