"Frustrating Ticket Policies"

The service can be unnecessarily difficult at times. For example, it’s hard to understand why canceling or changing a ticket an hour before departure is so restricted, especially when tickets are still being sold right up until the bus leaves.

"Beware – Scam Company Alert"

This company is a scam. Bookings can be cancelled without notice, and getting a refund is nearly impossible. Their chat is handled by only one person, who redirects you to customer service, seemingly hoping you’ll give up. The whole setup feels designed to wear you down. Avoid this company at all costs.

"Scenic Journey Despite Departure Delay"

We took the bus service from Flåm to Lillehammer and experienced a significant delay of about an hour at the departure station. Thankfully, the bus still arrived on time at the final destination. The staff were very friendly, and the views along the route were absolutely outstanding, making the journey enjoyable despite the initial wait.

"Frustrating Customer Service and Limited Flexibility"

Like many others, I was dissatisfied with the customer service. The person I contacted was unwelcoming and seemed completely uninterested in my technical issues when trying to change my trip on the app, even refusing to believe me. I also found it frustrating that round-trip tickets are linked, meaning the return cannot be changed once the first leg has begun. This makes round-trip tickets less flexible and not particularly cheaper, so there is little reason to purchase them together. If you experience app issues, it’s crucial to change your ticket in advance so you can get assistance. Overall, while the tickets are expensive and refunds for technical problems are unlikely, the bus drivers are always nice, the buses are clean, and delays are rare.

"Overpriced and Limited Service"

The service is very expensive, not integrated with Entour, and offers very few routes. For the price, I expected better coverage and convenience.

"Great Tour, Terrible Support"

The bus tour itself was fantastic, and the driver was excellent. Unfortunately, the customer service was completely useless, leaving a frustrating contrast to an otherwise enjoyable experience.

"Life-Threatening Experience with Nor-Way"

My experience with Nor-Way was an absolute disaster. They left me stranded in the middle of nowhere at -24°C in January, and I became seriously ill after spending the night curled up on the ground. The company denies any wrongdoing, claiming no bus was running at that time, yet the app listed it as a regular service, and I even saw the bus drive past while I waved a flashlight. This situation could have ended fatally. Completely unacceptable and shameful!
