"Avoid This Scam Company"

This company is a complete scam. Bookings may be cancelled, and obtaining a refund is nearly impossible. Their chat support is handled by only one person, who redirects you to customer service with the apparent intention that you give up. Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from this company.

"Scenic Journey Despite Bus Delay"

We traveled from Flåm to Lillehammer and experienced a significant delay of one hour for the bus to arrive at the departure station. Despite this, the bus reached the final destination on time. The staff were very friendly, and the scenery along the route was absolutely stunning, making the journey enjoyable overall.

"Overpriced with Limited Connectivity"

The service is very expensive, lacks integration with Entour, and offers only a few routes, making it inconvenient and limiting for travelers.

"Frustrating Customer Service and Inflexible Round-Trip Tickets"

Like many others, I was disappointed with the customer service. The representative I spoke with was unwelcoming and seemed uninterested in the technical issues I experienced while trying to change my trip on the app, even doubting my situation. Another drawback is that round-trip tickets are linked, meaning the return portion cannot be changed once the first part of the trip has begun. This reduces flexibility and makes buying a round-trip ticket less advantageous. I recommend changing tickets well in advance to allow time for support if the app fails, and avoiding round-trip tickets altogether. On the positive side, bus drivers are friendly, buses are clean, and I experienced very few delays.

"Rigid and Inflexible Ticket Policy"

This company shows zero flexibility. Even with available seats on an earlier bus, they refused to accommodate my request simply because I had already used my first ticket. It’s frustrating and inflexible, leaving no room for reasonable adjustments.

"Inaccessible for Tourists Due to Payment Restrictions"

The service does not accept foreign cards, making it impossible for tourists to use the bus. This is a major inconvenience for international travelers.

"Nightmarish Experience with Nor-Way: Life-Threatening Negligence"

My experience with Nor-Way was an absolute disaster. They left me stranded in the middle of nowhere in January at -24°C. I spent the night curled up on the ground and became seriously ill. The company denies any wrongdoing, claiming no bus was running at that time, yet it was listed in the app as a regular line, and I even saw the bus drive past me while I waved a flashlight. This level of negligence could have been fatal—shame on Nor-Way!
