"Overpriced Disappointment Masked by Beautiful Nature"

If sleepless nights, inflated prices, and worn-out rooms without even a TV sound appealing, then this might be the place for you. The photos online are highly misleading and do not reflect reality in the slightest. I would strongly advise against booking the regular rooms. Be cautious about asking for anything extra—staff will happily charge you four times the actual cost. So much for Turkish hospitality. For example, we requested flowers and helium balloons for my mother’s birthday. What we received was a pitiful arrangement (meant to be daisies) and a few balloons, for which we were charged an outrageous €500. To make matters worse, half the balloons floated away when the staff carelessly aired out the room. Communication was nearly impossible, as English and German got us nowhere—the only language understood seems to be Turkish. Trying to upgrade your room? Don’t be surprised if the price magically increases, and when you ask why, the three sentences of English the staff knew earlier suddenly vanish. The spa facilities were another letdown. The jacuzzi water was scalding hot and unusable. And if you’re brave enough to order Eggs Benedict, expect them to arrive drowned in a sweet vanilla pastry sauce rather than proper hollandaise. Apart from the natural beauty of the surroundings, this place is an overpriced disaster that fails to deliver on even the basics. A truly frustrating experience.

"A Magical Oasis at the Foot of Olympus Mountain"

I took my mom here for a 3-night stay, and after spending a week with 15 family members at Magic Life Jacaranda, this place felt like a true oasis—quiet, elegant, and absolutely extraordinary. Nestled at the foot of Olympus Mountain, it offered the perfect escape. We stayed in their largest room, right by the sea, and it was stunning—spacious, with so many thoughtful and elegant details. The staff went out of their way to make sure every need was met. Peacocks and chickens roam freely around the property, adding to the serene, natural atmosphere. The breakfast buffet, made entirely with fresh, natural ingredients, was delightful, and the all-day treats were a lovely extra touch. I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves more than five stars. I will absolutely return. One thing I wish, however, is that the hotel were adults-only or at least limited to guests aged 10 and above. The property is small and intimate, so crying babies and young children running around detract from the romantic, peaceful ambiance many guests come here for. Initially, I had planned to bring my own two kids and booked more rooms for my extended family, but after getting to know the property, I realized our lively group might disturb others. Instead, we opted for a larger hotel for that part of the trip. Unfortunately, my next-door neighbor was quite loud and unthoughtful. When I politely asked if he could lower his voice, he confronted me aggressively, even pointing a finger in my face. He turned out to be a regular guest of three years, visiting with barking dogs and even tying one to my bench. Thankfully, management handled the situation professionally and ensured peace for the rest of my stay. Despite this hiccup, I absolutely love, love, love this place and cannot wait to return. The luxurious L’Occitane amenities in the fabulous bathroom were another lovely touch. Many thanks to the owners for creating such a magical retreat.

"A Hidden Gem on Turkey’s Mediterranean Coast"

This is a very clean and exotic hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and great, helpful staff. We stayed as a family with our 8-year-old son, and we all enjoyed it very much. The breakfast and all-day open buffet were excellent and exceeded our expectations. However, the dinners and lunches were the only downside. The menu could use an update, and the taste of the food served needs improvement. We were happy to pay for high-quality meals, but unfortunately, the price-to-quality ratio wasn’t as good as we hoped.

"Beautiful but Disappointing – Not Worth the Price"

We stayed here for one night on a romantic getaway, drawn in by the hotel’s aesthetic appeal and expecting a special experience. Unfortunately, those expectations were not met, and while the property is undeniably beautiful, it lacked comfort and quality service for the price charged. On the positive side, the hotel makes a great effort in its design and ambiance. The outdoor furniture is stylish, the lighting is cozy, and the garden, filled with birds and charming details, is lovely. The location is excellent too—close to the ancient city of Olympos, restaurants, and ATMs. However, despite its visual appeal, our stay was far from restful. Birds and cats were a constant nuisance during meals, and we couldn’t even enjoy tea outdoors because of the peacocks. While there seemed to be plenty of staff, they were more focused on maintaining the decor than attending to guests. At times, it was very difficult to get their attention, and only one staff member spoke English, meaning every question required waiting for them to fetch someone to translate. Dining was another disappointment. Restaurant prices, listed in euros, were much higher than those in the surrounding area, yet the food was bland and the service poor—we were even served wine only after we had finished our appetizers. The spa facilities were also underwhelming. The space was cold, the sauna felt low quality, and the jacuzzi’s settings didn’t work at all. As for breakfast, while there was a decent selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, guests had to prepare them themselves. There were no hot options like eggs or porridge, and the coffee was served cold. To make matters worse, we discovered hair in our bed linens, which was extremely unpleasant—though I’d like to believe this was an unfortunate oversight. All in all, while the property is aesthetically pleasing, it fails to deliver on comfort and service. I would not consider returning unless the price were reduced by half.

"A Perfect Stay in Nature’s Embrace"

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! The spectacular views and sophisticated design made it a true center of comfort in the lap of nature. Nestled between the mountains and intertwined with the sea, the location is simply breathtaking and within walking distance to the ancient city. The service was excellent—staff were polite, professional, and attentive. The food was varied and delicious, and every meal felt special. We’re extremely satisfied with our stay, and even our dog had an amazing time—pet-friendly score: 10/10!

"A Perfect Beach Escape – Relaxed, Natural, and Charming"

This is an excellent choice for a peaceful beach getaway. We loved that it felt more like a lodge than a typical resort—the smaller size created a relaxed and informal atmosphere. The rooms aren’t cheap, but they’re spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Fresh towels were always available, which was a nice touch. The setting is magical—nestled in a forested area full of wildlife like turtles, peacocks, chickens, cats, and even hedgehogs, with plenty of shade. Despite the lush environment, mosquitoes weren’t an issue during our September visit. The lodge is located near the end of the beach, making it naturally quieter and more private. Sun loungers and palapas provided on the beach were fantastic. While the beach is a bit stony, it wasn’t uncomfortable, and the water deepens quickly to a perfect swimming depth. The sea temperature was ideal for us. Breakfast was a real highlight. The spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options. Due to COVID measures, guests choose items, and staff serve them—an adjustment, but understandable. The restaurant overall was very good, though the one area for improvement would be the bread, which never felt fresh during our stay. All in all, we highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a tranquil escape surrounded by nature, great food, and a beautiful beach.

"A Slice of Paradise – Olympos Lodge is Unmatched"

Olympos Lodge is hands down the best hotel in the area! The garden feels like heaven, beautifully designed with stunning landscaping and thoughtful little details. Geese, chickens, and peacocks roam freely, adding to the natural charm of the place. The rooms are spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the village (you can even use the hotel’s bicycles) and a 10-minute stroll along the beach to the Olympos Ancient City. There’s no pool, but you won’t miss it. With a crystal-clear, calm sea right in front of you, even if there were a pool, you’d never use it! The food was absolutely delicious, and they went out of their way to prepare a variety of vegan options for us—special thanks for that! The owner, Aysen, is the epitome of Turkish hospitality. She’s warm, accommodating, and does everything to ensure guests have an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend Olympos Lodge to everyone. It’s a perfect 5/5! 👍

"Charming but Not for Those Seeking True Comfort"

The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with plenty of character. This place is a good choice for travelers who enjoy a wild, rustic holiday experience. However, it’s definitely not suited for those looking for relaxation and proper comfort.

"Unwelcoming Experience – Not Recommended"

We were excited to book a stay at this amazing-looking place, but unfortunately, our experience on-site left us very disappointed. When we visited in Çıralı to inquire about a room, an unfriendly staff member made us feel completely unwelcome. After an awkward stare-down that felt as though we had done something wrong, he responded to every question with cold, standard replies: “Can we see the rooms?” – No, check the website. “Can we discuss our dates and prices?” – No, call the number on the website. “We have a special request regarding accessibility for a handicap guest, who can we speak to?” – Check the website. This robotic and dismissive attitude convinced us to book elsewhere. We left feeling unwelcome and disappointed, and we’ll also be sharing with our followers that this is not the place to go if you’re seeking warmth and hospitality. Not recommended.

"A Private Luxury Retreat in Nature"

Unexpectedly luxurious and wonderfully private, this venue is perfect for those seeking an escape from the crowded, thousand-guest all-inclusive resorts along the Antalya coast. If your idea of a holiday is true rest and relaxation, Olympos Lodge is the place to be. Set directly on the famous Çıralı/Olympos beach and nestled within a lush botanical garden lovingly cultivated by the owners over 30 years, the property feels like a hidden paradise. Each room is individually decorated with high-end materials, offering both character and comfort. There are no TVs in the rooms—a thoughtful touch for guests looking to truly unwind—though Wi-Fi is available if needed. The concept here is bed and breakfast, allowing you to start each day with a fresh, delightful spread before relaxing in nature’s embrace.

"Beautiful Setting and Friendly Staff, but Some Drawbacks"

This hotel has a great location, a lovely atmosphere, and friendly staff. The garden is beautiful, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. However, several requests couldn’t be accommodated, and many menu items were unavailable during our 5-day visit. Even freshly squeezed orange juice wasn’t offered because the juicer had apparently been broken for quite some time. It’s also worth noting that the hotel is not adults-only, so expect children running around and making noise. There’s no headphone policy either, which meant that some guests disrupted the peaceful vibe by playing audio out loud on their devices.
