"Extremely Disappointing Service – Dishonest and Rude"
Very bad experience with this company. The person I dealt with was rude, unprofessional, and overcharged me well above the actual price—even after I showed proof from official websites. He refused to provide full details and denied giving me the rightful refund for the package I booked. Please avoid them; there are plenty of other travel companies that value honesty and customer satisfaction. This one definitely does not.
"Well-Managed Trip but Taxi Service Needs Improvement"
Everything was nicely managed, and I got a very good rate for both airfare and foreign travel. However, the taxi service needs improvement, as faulty taxis keep coming. Addressing this issue would make the experience even better.
