"BEST HOSTEL, BEST STAFF"

In one of the most central districts of Rome, just behind the Colosseum, lies this gem of a magical and welcoming place filled with positive energy. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious common areas, a relaxing garden, and a terrace with breathtaking views. With countless services, it’s the perfect spot both to unwind and to socialize. But the true heart of the hostel is its incredible staff—sweet, helpful, attentive, and wonderfully knowledgeable. They’re always ready to share the best of Rome, craft delicious cocktails, and offer genuine warmth and support. There’s truly no other place in Rome I’d rather stay than Ostello Bello. "Clean, safe, great location, friendly staff"

I had a lovely experience here. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My private double room was clean, spacious, and bright, with a large, modern, and very clean en suite. The shared kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking—perhaps a little small for the size of the hostel, but it worked perfectly for me. The roof terrace is a standout feature and an amazing place to enjoy meals when the weather is nice. The only drawback was the lack of blinds on the window; the shutters don’t fully block out the light, which could be inconvenient during summer. Overall, a great stay!

"Good place to stay"

I stayed a few days at Ostello Bello and it was amazing. The location is great—close to many tourist spots—and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A wonderful place to stay!

"Fabulous Rome"

Excellent location—just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum and surrounded by plenty of nice places to explore. The hostel staff were super friendly and helpful, and we had a really good time overall. The rooms were simple but clean, which was perfect for our stay. The only small downside, if it can even be considered one, is that there’s no TV in the room. But honestly, with so much to see and do outside, it wasn’t an issue at all. A pleasant and enjoyable stay!

"Family hostel!"

"Lovely hostel"

Fantastic hostel with incredibly welcoming staff! I especially loved the terraces with amazing views, the hammocks, the bar, and the well-equipped kitchens stocked with free food. I stayed in a single room and it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my stay. My only complaint is that during my 4-day visit, there was never hot water after 10 a.m.—so make sure to shower early if you stay here! Other than that, everything was excellent.
