"Love this place. Worth going out of your way for!"
We used to live just across the street and visited many times — it’s great to see that the quality has remained consistently high. The staff are always super friendly, the coffee is excellent, and the menu continues to impress. It looks like they now take reservations, which is a nice update. If you don’t book, you may have to wait around 10 minutes. While we queued, some guests leaving told us, “Well worth the wait,” and they were absolutely right. Still a neighborhood gem!
"Delivers on what it promises!"
Ozone is a comfy, no-frills café that delivers exactly what it promises. Whether you're settling in with your laptop or catching up with friends, it's a solid spot with a welcoming atmosphere. My friends and I tried the Chilli Eggs XO and Big-Brekkie, along with several coffees and cocktails. Every dish was genuinely delicious, and the portion sizes hit the mark. While the menu leans a bit pricey, the quality and friendly service justify the spend. Only downside? The cocktails didn’t wow us — you’re better off sticking with their excellent coffee or food.
"Maybe the best scrambled eggs ever"
Stopped by for brunch before catching a train from Euston, and it turned out to be the perfect send-off after a weekend in London. My son and his girlfriend, who live nearby, recommended it—and they were spot on. We tried the scrambled eggs, granola, French toast, and banana bread. Everything was prepared beautifully and tasted just as good as it looked. The place was buzzing at 1:30 pm, so we had a short wait, but it was absolutely worth it. Warm atmosphere, great food, and a lovely way to wrap up the trip. Would happily return.
"Loud"
I originally came here just to buy coffee beans, but decided to stay for breakfast and a latte. The latte was excellent—smooth, rich, and well-balanced. However, the breakfast itself was just average and didn’t quite meet expectations, especially considering how hyped the place seems to be. The café is very busy, so it gets quite loud, which might not be ideal if you’re looking for a relaxed atmosphere. That said, the real standout was the coffee beans I purchased—roasted just two days prior and incredibly fresh. If you're a coffee enthusiast, I highly recommend picking up beans here. For breakfast, maybe temper expectations.
"Good coffee spot but not the food"
I’ve visited several times and always appreciate the 5/5 atmosphere—stylish, welcoming, and a great place to hang out. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, which makes each visit enjoyable. That said, I find the menu a bit gimmicky, with more focus on presentation and concept than substance. The portion sizes are also on the smaller side, which can be disappointing, especially considering the price point. If you're going for the vibe and service, it’s a solid choice. Just don’t expect to leave feeling completely full.
"Lovely breakfast spot"
We really enjoyed our breakfast here—the food was tasty and the atmosphere lovely. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our visit even better. However, we were a bit disappointed that smaller portion options for children weren’t available. We were told that eggs on toast with a side of bacon would be a suitable size for our 5-year-old, but it turned out to be far too much. Unfortunately, we ended up wasting some food, which was a shame because everything tasted so good! Overall, a lovely place to visit, but it would be great if they offered smaller kid-friendly portions in the future.
"Very poor reception"
We had a very frustrating waiting experience at this place. Along with about a dozen others, we were forced to stand cramped in the entrance area waiting for a table. Despite seeing four empty tables upstairs and plenty of space downstairs, the maître d’ completely ignored us for 25 minutes. When we finally got seated, the food was good and enjoyable, but the lack of acknowledgment or apology for the unnecessary wait left a bad impression. Because of this poor service, we wouldn’t return. It’s a shame because the food deserves better treatment from the staff.
