"Terrible service from start to finish"
We stayed at Paris J’Adore from September 26th to 29th for our honeymoon, expecting a true 5-star experience in location, meals, and service. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. While the room was beautiful and the in-room jacuzzi was fantastic, service issues began immediately. Our room lacked an ironing board, and while this was eventually rectified, it set the tone for the stay. Dinner was a major disappointment: despite only a few tables occupied, our meal took over three hours, and we were mischarged for a €60 bottle of wine that we never received. Communication from staff about this issue was poor, leaving us feeling overcharged. That night, we were woken twice by the fire alarm caused by someone smoking in another room. Staff offered no apology, which was highly inappropriate for a 5-star hotel. Later, when arranging a taxi to a Michelin-starred dinner, the concierge failed to secure transport and did not communicate the problem until we were already late, leaving us embarrassed and frustrated. While one staff member at checkout was apologetic and corrected the wine charge, management has not followed up as promised, leaving us disappointed and feeling ignored. Though the rooms and jacuzzi were lovely, the repeated service failures, lack of communication, and inadequate handling of issues overshadowed our honeymoon experience. Overall, Paris J’Adore has a beautiful property, but the service falls far short of a 5-star standard. For the price charged, guests deserve attentive, proactive service that was unfortunately missing during our stay.
"Expectations of a ***** hotel far exceeded"
This hotel far exceeded our high expectations of a five-star property. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a fine glass of champagne in the lobby, which feels more like an elegant lounge. The entire building exudes a wonderful fragrance, and the reception staff are exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are luxurious, leaving nothing to desire – featuring a jacuzzi, swing, and an incredible entertainment system. A particularly memorable touch is the wake-up program, where soft music, room fragrance, curtains, and lighting allow you to start the day perfectly. The only minor point is to check the minibar at arrival to ensure nothing is missing or previously opened. Overall, my partner and I rate this hotel a perfect 10/10. Every aspect is thoughtfully curated, and it is absolutely worth the price.
"Wonderful spa"
We had an exceptional time celebrating our 9th birthday at the spa. The wellness area is superb, featuring a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and even a salt cave. Everything was impeccably clean, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. A special mention goes to Violetta for the massage—she was attentive, gentle, and highly professional, leaving me completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Many thanks to the entire team for making this break so magical. We will return with great pleasure! 💛

Paris, j’adore! Nestled just steps from the metro and perfectly placed for exploring the city’s iconic sights—hello Eiffel Tower and Montmartre!—Paris J’adore Hotel & Spa felt like an absolute dream. From luxurious spa days (the perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing or rainy Paris weather ☁️) to a freshly prepared breakfast with flaky pastries and buttery eggs, every detail was delightful. The on-site restaurant impressed with dishes that felt straight from a local gourmet kitchen. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the private in-room hot tub—romantic, peaceful, and a touch magical, the perfect end to a busy city day. For anyone seeking a cozy escape in the heart of Paris with a side of indulgence, this hotel is the place to be.
"Average"
After reading many reviews, we decided to book this hotel but were somewhat disappointed. The hotel is very small, and our terrace jacuzzi didn’t work until the second night when it was finally fixed. The restaurant is tiny, the room was average, and the menu options were limited. The spa treatment was amazing, but the spa itself is small with only one chair by the pool area. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the staff. Special thanks to Dacsha, Isobel, Georgia, Fernando, Lewis, and Nicholas for their exceptional service—they went above and beyond to make our stay the best!
"Great Birthday Stay"
The hotel offers a lovely ambience, but what truly stands out is the amazing reception team who go above and beyond—helping with trip bookings and suggesting fantastic restaurants. We felt like the only guests in the hotel, given the personalized level of service we received. A special shout-out to Bruce, Lea, and the entire reception team for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing place! The hotel is stylish, comfortable, and delightfully unique. The rooms are stunning with absolutely no complaints. We booked the private spa for two hours, and it was worth every moment—a true highlight of our stay. With its luxurious touches and attention to detail, this hotel creates a memorable experience. I would gladly stay here again!
"Too bad."
The service at this hotel is excellent, and the spa is a true gem—well maintained with highly professional staff. Breakfast is also very good, both tasty and beautifully presented, and guests are welcomed with a glass of champagne, which adds a special touch. Unfortunately, our room did not meet expectations. We booked a Prestige Sublime for over €700 per night, and at this rate in a 5-star hotel, we expected an impeccable space. However, the room had stains and drippings in several areas, giving an impression of poor cleanliness and wear. Despite reporting these issues with photos, no compensatory gesture was offered. While the service and facilities are top-notch, the condition of the room left us feeling that the hotel leans more toward a 4-star experience.
