"Nice hotel which need staff management improvement"
The hotel's physical appearance is pleasant, boasting a prime location in front of the majestic Westminster Bridge with breathtaking views of Big Ben. However, the overall experience could be greatly improved as the staff seem to be lacking proper training. While some employees are warm, welcoming, and polite, there is a noticeable inconsistency, with certain staff members demonstrating a lack of courtesy, almost as if they are carrying out their duties out of obligation. At times, their behavior can even border on being impolite. This inconsistency in service quality certainly dampens the overall experience, especially considering the high price point of the hotel.
"Nice hotel but disappointed by some staff members’ attitude"
Nice hotel with amazing views, but some service extremely disappointed compared to what you would expect for £350 a night.... Some staff members were really nice at the beginning of our stay, however from the next day other members were unhelpful when we asked 3 times for our room to be cleaned. Then we started to face a rude member when we requested a slightly late checkout in compensation to the time we lost asking for cleaning. She started to tell us on the phone that we shouted on her - while we were not -, and that she would hang up the phonedue to this. Afterwards, we had a lunch to the restaurants' area with our toddler, and the waitresses were definitely annoyed with us, not willing to help at all. To sum up, I would recommend not to throw this budget away by staying at this hotel, to be treated this way by some members of staff
"Urgent improvement required"
We stayed for 1 week with two children, and despite our multiple reminders, the room remained dirty. Our room was only partially cleaned once, without vacuuming, changing the sheets, or cleaning the bathroom. For such a price, it's scandalous. The hotel staff is clearly not competent in hospitality. The restaurants are decent but overpriced compared to the menu offered. The breakfast is okay, nothing special. The location is good. The children's playroom is nice, and there are two pleasant staff members in this hotel: one is the children's entertainer, and the other is the children's entertainer during breakfast. In response to your message, we asked and reported these issues every day at the reception.
"Rooms not cleaned"
Very nice hotel, great location, but house keeping is not on par with the hotel. When we checked in went to room unpacked and went to throw something away in bathroom trash can and found it to not be emptied. It had a use feminine hygiene product in it, pretty gross for my first impression. Then went to call front desk and the phone but it didn’t work. Went to front desk to have trash changed and phone replaced and they offered me 2 free beers for the inconvenience. Then a few days later they cleaned the room but took our robes. Called front desk,on our now working phone and they brought some up. A few days later we had a do not disturb on the door from 1500-1700, left the room came back at 2200 and the room was never cleaned.

The hotel offers you almost all facilities, from good rooms to the gym. The hotel's executive lounge was great, but the food was not extraordinary. The staff was very helpful. A special mention to Sara at the spa, a really nice girl. The overall experience was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to all couples and families :)
