"Starry good and sober"
The location itself wasn’t particularly striking, with transparent windows overlooking a driveway and simple, bare tables, but the menu more than makes up for it. The seafood offerings are bold and meticulously crafted—prawns and foie gras stood out as exceptional, while the sea carbonara was interesting but a bit heavy. The lunch formula at €80 provides an accessible way to experience this luxurious cuisine. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and overall pricing is in line with fine dining, around €150 per person without wine. I’m looking forward to returning to explore more of their inventive dishes.
"Unforgettable experience in the heart of Rome❤️"
We celebrated a birthday at Per Me, and every detail—from the warm welcome to the impeccable service—was flawless. Each dish is a true work of art, perfectly balancing aesthetics, flavor, and creativity. The surprising yet harmonious combinations take you on a sensory journey that delights from the very first bite to the last. The staff is attentive, discreet, and highly skilled, making every guest feel truly special—special thanks to Diana for her exceptional care. The wine list is thoughtfully curated, with expert guidance to complement the meal perfectly. Meeting Chef Giulio was an added highlight, deepening our appreciation for the passion behind every dish. This is more than just dinner; it is a moment of pure emotion in the heart of Rome. Absolutely recommended for anyone seeking the pinnacle of signature cuisine. ✨
"Mostly sea some land"
This restaurant mainly specializes in seafood, which they execute very well. We chose the expanded 10-course menu, which included a quail main and rabbit pasta—both were enjoyable but didn’t quite stand out. The seafood courses, however, were consistently excellent and showcased fresh, flavorful ingredients. Service was attentive and professional, making for a pleasant overall dining experience.
"Very good"
What started as a work evening turned into a truly memorable dining experience at this beautiful seafood-focused restaurant. We opted for a tasting menu that was perfectly paced, allowing us to savor the chef’s signature dishes without feeling rushed. Highlights included the exquisite shrimp with foie gras, the handmade ravioli imprinted with the chef’s mother’s mark, and an original, flavorful fish carbonara. The wine list is extensive, with a strong selection from France, though we were guided to a superb Verdicchio by the knowledgeable sommelier. Service was attentive, timely, and always accompanied by genuine smiles. The chef even took the time to greet us personally and share stories of his culinary journey from Veneto. The quality of the food and the service justified every aspect of the experience—truly, everything was impeccable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a refined seafood experience.
"But the chef?"
I booked the Chef’s Table experience and overall it was a memorable and successful outing. Watching the various chefs in action was fascinating, and the team was not only very friendly but highly professional. They crafted a truly intriguing menu with unique and well-balanced flavor combinations that left us impressed. The only downside was not being able to see Chef Giulio in action—the very reason I had chosen this experience—which was a bit disappointing.
"Spectacular"
I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant on Saturday, July 19, celebrating my husband’s birthday with friends. Having experienced many Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy and abroad, I was genuinely impressed by every aspect of this evening. From the elegant location and impeccable service to the beautifully crafted dishes and thoughtful menu, everything exceeded expectations. The staff were not only professional but also warm and welcoming. A special mention goes to our waiter from Abruzzo—his attentive and friendly service truly enhanced the experience and deserves top praise. I will certainly be returning for another memorable meal!
"Underwhelming"
I had high hopes for this restaurant based on its glowing reviews, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. While a few dishes were enjoyable, the meal began poorly—the signature scampi carpaccio and some other starters lacked flavor and distinction, and the bread arrived cold with equally bland olive oil. On a brighter note, the ravioli and one fish dish were well-prepared, though neither made a lasting impression. Dessert was acceptable but unremarkable. Overall, the food felt average, especially compared to other Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve visited. The ambience was simple and elegant, but service was only adequate. Given the high expectations, this restaurant didn’t live up to the hype; I wouldn’t recommend it nor plan to return.
"Excellent"
Everything about our visit was excellent—the dishes were not only delicious but also exciting for the palate, offering flavors that delighted with every bite. The service was impeccable, professional, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Congratulations to the entire team! We will gladly return and can’t wait to experience it all again.
"That’s great for me."
The restaurant’s location is far more beautiful and welcoming than what the web and social media suggest. Dinner began on a high note with a delightful welcome entrée—a reduction of rice, potatoes, and mussels—that immediately set the tone and hinted at the quality to follow. The service was excellent, attentive and professional, and the overall experience offered a very good balance between quality and price. Everything exceeded expectations, making it a truly memorable dining experience.
