"Great Dental Work, But Disappointed with Management and Communication"
My husband recently completed his treatment at Perla Dental Clinic, and overall, everything seems fine—he’s happy with his new teeth and the results look great. The team of dentists was thorough, professional, and attentive throughout the process. He has no complaints about the dental care itself. However, I can only give 4 stars due to issues with the clinic’s management. Before starting, I spoke with the clinic manager, Patricija, who clearly told me that we wouldn’t need to pay separately for tooth extraction. My husband signed a treatment plan listing all expected costs—implants, crowns, bone graft, sinus lifting—but no mention of extraction charges. Despite this, the clinic later insisted he pay for the extraction. When he showed the signed treatment plan, they presented a different, unsigned version that included the additional fee. The receptionist contacted Patricija, who then refused to speak with me or respond to my follow-up messages. Ultimately, after much back and forth, my husband was forced to pay. This left us disappointed and frustrated. The dental care was excellent, but I urge others to be cautious and get everything in writing. Double-check the treatment plan and ensure it's signed and honored—because we experienced a breakdown in trust when it came to billing.

A friend of mine went to Perla Dental, and it turned out to be the worst decision of her life. Her experience was nothing short of traumatic—her teeth were severely damaged and mutilated, ultimately requiring 13 root canals and complete crown replacements. She’s now £20,000 out of pocket and deeply regrets putting her trust in Perla. Her natural teeth were unnecessarily filed down and permanently ruined. This is a cautionary tale: while dental work abroad may seem like a cost-effective solution, the long-term consequences can be devastating. Proceed with extreme caution.
