"Saved our Machu Picchu trip during Easter holidays"
After a very bad experience with another company, we almost lost our chance to visit Machu Picchu in April 2026 during Easter holidays. Our tickets were not booked and we was very stressed. A friend who travel last year recommend us Peruways, and it really save our trip. From the first contact by live chat, the team was patient, professional and very kind. They try to help us even before we make any payment, which is not common. Peruways manage to find the best tickets for Machu Picchu and also organize a guide in French, very important for us. In the end, we also book the train with them because they had more options than other companies. Everything was clear and well explained. Big thanks to all the team. We really recommend Peruways.

I want to say thank you to the Peruways team. We was a little bit in panic because we hear the train from Cusco to Machu Picchu was not working. We had already our Machu Picchu ticket with Peruways, so we contact the customer service to ask if we can change the date. Even if the date cannot be change by government rules, they explain us we can use the ticket the next day. They also help us to go from Cusco to Hidroelectrica, what is not so popular way, but with car it was possible. At the end we arrive the same day to Machu Picchu and avoid the problem with train and all the crowd. Really big thanks to the staff for the good support and the fast help. Sarah
"nice visit but rainy day"
We bought our tickets on Peruways the day before our visit and all good. We got our access passes on our mobile phone. However on the visit day it is raining :( but we still enjoy the visit

Planning our trip to Machu Picchu was quite overwhelming, as finding accurate information on how to travel from Cusco was really difficult. Thankfully, Sara from Peruways was incredibly helpful! She guided us through the whole process and arranged everything for us, including hotel pickup. She also helped us book a fantastic guide named Esteban, who made our visit even more special with his knowledge and passion for the history of Machu Picchu. Thanks to Peruways, highly recommended!
"Thanks for helping us with our tickets"
We booked Circuit 3 Wayna Picchu tickets but the Wayna Picchu was cosed due to weather conditions. In Aguas Calientes we were advised by people "helping us" to book other tickets because the wayna Picchu was closed. We found it very suspicious to get "free advices" so we contacted Peruways through their Live chat and they confirmed us that our current tickets were valid and they could be used on another circuit. They also warned us about those people in Aguas Calientes that try to scam visitors by providing inaccurate information. Next day we used our Circuit 3 ticket and we visit the amazing Circuit 2 (which if you do not know, it is the most popular and complete circuit). Thanks Shaina from Peruways for the advise and help us to make our visit just perfect.

"Cusco to Machu Picchu"
Upon our arrival in Cusco, we realized we hadn't booked our train tickets in advance. The only options available from the other two train companies were departures from Ollantaytambo, requiring us to find our own transportation from Cusco to Ollantaytambo. Fortunately, my husband reached out to Peruways via chat, and they confirmed that they could accommodate us. They offered to pick us up from our hotel at 4 am and drive us to Ollantaytambo, enabling us to catch our train. A special thanks to Manuel at Peruways for his friendly assistance.
"Great visit, good customer service"
We recently book three tour packages, including a visit to Machu Picchu. Our goal was to experience the breathtaking sunrise over the ancient citadel, and to make this happen, we reached out to the customer service team. Danny, from customer service, was exceptionally accommodating, managing to secure us a spot for the 6am slot, ensuring we could witness this majestic moment. However, I've decided to rate our experience with 4 stars. The reason for this is not related to the service provided but rather to the natural visibility conditions at Machu Picchu during the early hours. Unfortunately, the citadel was enveloped in fog during our visit, which somewhat obscured the view. Despite this, the overall experience was unforgettable, and the efforts made by the customer service team, particularly Danny, were genuinely appreciated.
"Good experience, nice trains"
We purchased our train tickets with this company as they offered a much wider variety of trains and buses from Cusco. We received the tickets quickly but we realised we made a mistake in entering our passport number. When we contacted them, the issue was resolved promptly. I'm giving one star less only because the Ollantaytambo station is a bit far (although it's not their fault). Overall, it was a good experience.
"Last Chance Ticket"
This company save our trip. We travel to Peru and as everybody our main intention was visiting Machu Picchu. We did not book our Machu Picchu tickets in advance as recommended (our mistake as we are always last minute). There were no tickets left but Peruways offer us something they called "last chance" tickets. It is a bit more expensive but at least we were able to visit Machu Picchu on circuit 3. Excellent help from customer support.

The booking process was fine. Machu Picchu was beautiful but we expected to see more Llamas. There were only few llamas the day of our visit.

I've purchased train tickets for the Machu Picchu journey. I'd advise opting for superior class tickets since they offer a more enjoyable experience and better views compared to economy class. The only aspect I'd suggest for enhancement is the quality of the food. There doesn't seem to be a significant difference in the food between superior and economy classes, despite the price difference.

We secured our Machu Picchu tickets, train passes, and a French guide through Peruways. Sophie, a French native, has lived in Peru for 20 years and possesses good knowledge of Machu Picchu. Despite the rainy weather, we enjoyed our visit.

We booked an all-inclusive Machu Picchu guided visit, and everything was organized on time. However, the best thing about our experience was our guide, David. He possesses an abundance of knowledge, is incredibly patient, and exhibits a friendly demeanor. David even made us visit Aguas Calientes for free, and we had a fantastic evening with him.

We did not book our Machu Picchu tickets in advance (big mistake) but Peruways had some tickets which saved our trip. Those tickets were only for the circuit 3 as all other circuits were sold out but it was better than traveling to Peru without seeing Machu Picchu. Especial thank you to Danny for his time and help.

"Machu Picchu visit"
We booked our tickets in advance and received the ticket reservation in few minutes by email. Machu Picchu is a wonderful and an amazing place to take beautiful picture. I recommend to book the Machu Picchu only ticket or Machu Picchu with Inka Bridge as those tickets include the Circuit 1 and 2 which let you go to the higher area. The only thing I did not like and this is why I leave 4 stars is because the visit is limited by the government to 4 hours. I would have like to stay longer.

In order to travel from Cusco to Machu Picchu you must book book train tickets. There are other two website which offer rain tickets but they only have few train options. Peruways has all the trains available and offer shuttle service from hotel in cusco to Ollantaytambo train station.

We booked our Superior class train tickets and Machu Picchu tickets with them and we received our e-tickets by email. Passengers must board the superior class train in Ollantaytambo as most of trains do not depart from Cusco. However we were picked up from our hotel in Cusco as Peruways offer a shuttle service that dropped us in Ollantaytambo station. It was much convenient than booking with other railways websites that do not offer that shuttle service. My only recommendation to the company would be to offer in the future pick ups from outside Cusco downtown as they only pick up passengers from hotels located in Cusco downtown.
"Helpful customer service"
I booked three Macchu Picho tickets but I made a mistake on my son's passport number. I was in panic as the wrong passport number was printed on the ticket I received by email. I contacted the customer service and they came back to me within a couples of hours and they were friendly and changed the passport number. Thanks Diego for being so patient and proactive.

We booked our Machu Picchu tickets in advance. All the process was fast and smooth. However I think visitors should visit from 8/9am as Machu Picchu could be very foggy earlier in the morning (6am).
