"Terrible and Outdated Service from Phuong Trang"
Phuong Trang has truly fallen behind the times — using their service is nothing but a waste of time and frustration. The fees are unreasonably high, and the customer service is shockingly poor. I sent a package from Nha Trang to Saigon at 9 a.m. the previous day, yet by 5 p.m. the following day, it still hadn’t arrived. When I contacted their operator, they had no idea where my goods were. They gave me a post office number to call, but after one attempt, the number was blocked. Absolutely terrible experience!

The service quality is extremely poor — Phuong Trang should take a look at how Kumho treats its customers. The ticket sales staff lack flexibility and professionalism, and calling their hotline is even worse; instead of helping, they act arrogantly and give unsolicited “life lessons.” If it were possible to give zero stars, I absolutely would — they don’t even deserve one.

A truly bad experience — my package was first promised to arrive the next day, then delayed again without clear updates. When I asked about its location, the staff only replied that it was “in transit” and couldn’t say when it would actually arrive. This level of uncertainty and poor communication makes the service completely untrustworthy. Very disappointing!

"Unprofessional and Overpriced Taxi Experience with Phuong Trang"
I had a disappointing experience with a young Phuong Trang taxi driver parked near Ganh Hao 1. He displayed a grumpy and rude attitude, scolding me just because I booked a short trip, saying he had been parked for hours. To make matters worse, the taxi meter seemed inaccurate — after traveling only about 1 km, it already showed 35,000 VND. Overall, a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.
