"Great Stay with Attentive Host"
Antonio, the host, is fantastic—welcoming and always ready to help. The breakfast is extensive, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in Arequipa.
"Charming Guesthouse with Warm Hospitality"
After a long, cold ride from Cusco, Antonio gave us a warm and friendly welcome. This old Spanish-style guesthouse is beautiful and very comfortable, perfect for resting. Breakfast in the lovely courtyard was a great start to each day, and parking our motorbikes there was no problem. A true gem, just a short walk from Arequipa’s city center.

The owner was unhelpful and provided poor information. His attitude came across as arrogant. Not recommended, especially for local tourists.

"Small, Clean, but Slightly Uneasy Stay"
Good location for walking to nearby sites. The room was generally quiet, though shared bathroom noise and a sick guest were minor issues. Breakfast was small and served outdoors. Staff were friendly. However, there was an unsettling moment when a woman, with no clear identification, asked for our room key “for cleaning.” The key was returned, but it left us feeling uneasy about security.

At first glance, the hotel’s plain gray exterior didn’t impress, but inside, it revealed a true treasure. Beautifully restored spaces, charming décor, and warm, attentive staff made the stay exceptional. A perfect mix of history, comfort, and hospitality tucked away in Arequipa.

Friendly and helpful staff, a tasty breakfast, and a prime central location. The rooms are simple but comfortable, offering great value for money. We highly recommend this place!

The hotel has a beautiful entrance, a central plaza, and balconies with very spacious rooms. From the outside, everything looks inviting. However, our experience was less ideal: there was no hot water for showers, and several doors were defective.
