"Disappointing Experience Despite the Hype"

I ordered a V60, but it tasted flat and lacked flavor. Although I mentioned I’d be drinking it at the shop, I was served in a to-go cup instead. Very disappointed with the quality, especially for a café that has earned recognition in the coffee world.

"Tiny Café with Big Flavors"

This little “hole in the wall” street café surprised me with its BIG taste. The local Peruvian roasted coffee was awesome, and the pastries were amazing—I had the carrot loaf, which was super delicious. There’s only seating for two people at the entrance, but the baristas were friendly and provided decent customer service. One downside: I couldn’t believe they charged extra for cream in my Americano, even though I ordered quad shots!

"Delicious Coffee and Perfect Cinnamon Bun"

I had an Americano with milk and a cinnamon bun, and both were excellent. The bun was perfectly heated, with a lovely cream icing on top and a generous size. It’s the perfect place to stop while walking through Miraflores. There’s also a small bench to sit on if it’s not too busy.

"Disappointing Coffee but Pleasant Atmosphere"

We ordered two flat whites—one with regular milk and one with soy—but unfortunately, both were poorly textured, leaving the coffee more bitter and less enjoyable than expected from such a highly rated spot. That said, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

"Great Coffee for Takeaway, Limited Seating"

The coffee here is excellent, and they offer WiFi, which is a nice bonus. However, seating is very limited—just two stools and a small bench—so it’s not ideal if you’re looking to relax and enjoy your coffee on-site. If you’re on the go, it’s definitely five stars, but for sitting in, I’d give it four.

"Disappointing Experience – Both Got Sick After Visiting"

Sadly, my mother-in-law and I both became ill after visiting this café. After careful consideration, this was the only place we both went to that no one else in our group did. She ordered an iced coffee, and I had an orange juice—both tasted good, but unfortunately, they left us with traveler’s diarrhea for days. It nearly ruined the end of our trip, though thankfully Imodium (loperamide) helped us manage.

"Perfect Spot for Coffee and Cakes"

Great quality coffee, friendly and welcoming service, and delicious cakes. Plus, it’s open early in the morning—perfect for an early start to your day!

"Disappointing Coffee Experience"

I visited based on a recommendation but was let down. Ordered a flat white, and unfortunately, the milk wasn’t prepared properly, which left the coffee’s taste and texture far below what I’d expect from a place with such high ratings.

"Great Coffee, Better for Takeaway"

The coffee here is excellent, and they have some beautifully packaged bags of beans that would make great gifts. The only downside is its location on a busy street with very limited seating, making it more suited for takeaway rather than sitting and chatting for long.

"Charming Little Coffee Shop Worth Visiting"

This adorable coffee shop offers great coffee and tasty snacks, along with nice merchandise and bagged whole bean coffee—perfect for travelers. Definitely worth a visit! A delicious cortado is just about 6 soles (around 2 USD), making it a great value too.
