Pullman Lima Miraflores

"Excelent 6 nights stay"
I recently spent six nights at the Pullman Miraflores in July 2025, and it was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is truly one of the best in Lima. It's right in the heart of the city, and getting to any restaurant via Uber is incredibly cheap and convenient. I especially loved the executive lounge service. A special thank you goes out to Gionina, who made our lounge visits even more enjoyable. Seriously, don't miss the happy hour—it's awesome! I'd also like to extend my gratitude to Dario. I emailed the day before my arrival to request an early check-in, and he made it happen without a hitch. Thank you!
"Mala Experiencia"
I am writing this review even though my stay is not yet over. I arrived yesterday to spend the end-of-year holidays until Monday, January 1, 2024. Service: Unfortunately, my first impressions regarding service have been disappointing. Upon arrival, there was a minor issue as they couldn’t locate my booking, which already set the tone. Throughout my stay, I noticed a lack of proactive hospitality that you would expect from a high-end hotel. For example, I had to ask for basic information such as breakfast times, restaurant schedules, and pool hours since there was no proper introduction to the amenities. Additionally, despite the receptionist knowing I was staying through New Year’s Eve, there was no mention of party or dinner options for the celebration. I had to ask myself, only to be told that such options were part of stay packages. They assured me they would check if I could book independently and contact me, but no one did. When I followed up at reception, I was told I could charge the event to my room. Later, when I went to reserve at Ambra after breakfast, I was informed that everything was already fully booked. While I understand availability is limited, the lack of communication and follow-up ultimately led me to miss out on a New Year’s Eve reservation. Facilities: On the other hand, the facilities are exceptional—on par with the best hotels I have stayed at in Europe. The rooms are modern, extremely clean, and comfortable. Relaxing spaces such as the pool and rooftop bar are beautifully designed, striking a balance between classic and contemporary styles. Plural restaurant also embodies a wonderful blend of modernity and elegance with its high ceilings and sustainable design elements. Food: Simply superb! I have dined at many top restaurants around the world, and it’s rare for a hotel restaurant to impress as much as Plural did. The presentation was impeccable and the flavors outstanding. I started with scallops, which were delicious, and followed with perfectly cooked sea bass on a bed of lentils. All of this was accompanied by an excellent pisco sour. (I have yet to try the food at the Ambra rooftop bar.) In summary, while the facilities and food are exceptional, the service falls short of what one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Small details and proactive communication could have made this a flawless stay.
"Good central hotel – be extra careful with allergens"
We stayed at this hotel twice during a trip around South America this month. The property itself is modern, well located, spotlessly clean, and while the rooms aren’t huge, they are comfortable and functional. The rooftop bar is a real highlight, offering great music and expertly made cocktails—a perfect spot to unwind. Staff were generally very helpful, though we did receive some unusual directions to a restaurant one evening. Unfortunately, the first breakfast service was a disaster. Gluten and dairy intolerances were repeatedly overlooked, culminating in my daughter being served an omelet containing cheese despite emphasizing it must be dairy-free. It was actually the third attempt, as the previous two also contained cheese. Although she immediately spat it out, she still began to show an allergic reaction. We initially asked our travel agent to cancel the second stay, but the hotel management requested a chance to do better. To their credit, they went above and beyond during our return visit to ensure dietary needs were respected, and we must applaud their effort. That said, it’s essential for the hotel to ensure all staff are properly trained on allergens and that menus are clearly marked so guests with dietary restrictions can feel safe. While the second experience was excellent, consistency is key.
"Perfect little stop over"
We arrived in Lima early in the morning to begin our honeymoon and were immediately greeted by warm and friendly staff. Our room was lovely for the one-night stopover, complete with a comfortable bed, a quiet setting, a selection of teas, and a coffee pod machine. We spent some time by the pool on the terrace, which is more suited for a quick dip than a swim. It was a bit sparse on beds, but the attentive team quickly brought more and provided towels as well. Breakfast was excellent, offering a large and varied selection that included breads, pastries, fruits, juices, a variety of hot and cold dishes, and even a small but adequate gluten-free section. Overall, this is a great hotel located in the Miraflores area, ideal for strolling along the sea front, enjoying the parks, and exploring the nearby shopping center.
"Excellent hotel"
This hotel ranks among the finest I have stayed in. Perfectly set in the Miraflores district, it’s close to the seashore, with the beautiful Salazar and Kennedy parks nearby, as well as a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and fully equipped, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff is efficient and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. If I were to mention a minor drawback, it would be that the lunch and dinner restaurant feels a bit dim and noisy; I would personally prefer if meals were served in the same pleasant space where breakfast is offered.
"The best chocolate cake"
We visited the restaurant and were very well served by the friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere was modern and lively, making it a great place to enjoy a night out. The food was good, though not extraordinary, but the desserts stood out as being especially delicious. That evening, there was a live Cuban music band that added a lot of fun and energy to the experience. Overall, it was an enjoyable evening, and I definitely recommend it!
"Just okay"
As part of our recent trip to Peru, we stayed at the Pullman twice. Pros: Modern design and facilities Comfortable rooms with two double beds Nice rooftop bar and pool Cons: Only two small bottles of water provided, which isn’t enough when you’re advised not to drink tap water Empty minibar, which felt odd Breakfast room was uncomfortably cold, and the breakfast itself was very average Only two staff members at reception, which led to delays Overall, I’d rate it a 7/10. A decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
"Top Hotel in Lima"
I just completed a fantastic 14-night stay at Pullman Lima Miraflores, and from start to finish, the experience was flawless. From the moment I arrived, every interaction was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. This consistent level of hospitality truly sets the hotel apart. A special shout-out to Gianmarco, who handled my check-in with professionalism, recognizing my member status and clearly explaining all inclusions and benefits—all with a big smile and genuine care for any requests I had. As someone who travels frequently, especially in Asia where customer service is world-class, I can confidently say this hotel is right up there. The amenities are modern, the design is stylish, and the overall comfort is outstanding. The dining options are excellent, both in and around the hotel. A big thank you also to Christian from the Plural restaurant on the 1st floor, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and Pullman Lima Miraflores has now become my go-to hotel whenever I visit Peru. Thank you, Pullman Team!
"Overall nice stay, wonderful staff"
The hotel is overall modern and pleasant, with a fantastic location close to restaurants, shops, and a walking path offering beautiful beach views just a few minutes away. Beach access is about a 15-20 minute walk, which was convenient enough. What really makes the hotel stand out is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. A special shout-out to Gianina from the executive lounge, who was incredibly friendly and generous during our time there. There are, however, a few odd design choices. The biggest issue was the bathroom not having a door, which was uncomfortable since I was sharing the room with my mom and a friend—privacy was a problem. Additionally, the WiFi was a bit spotty for video calls both in our 13th-floor room and in the executive lounge, though it worked well on the first floor. The hotel restaurant was fine but nothing special; we found better dining options outside the property. Overall, it’s a nice and modern hotel in a prime location, and the exceptional staff make up for the small flaws.
"Comment about hotel"
The hotel was not honest or transparent about their 10% service fee, which they attempted to collect on the entire bill at checkout. During my stay, this fee was never disclosed or mentioned as something that would be charged. This lack of communication left a negative impression and should be addressed to ensure guests are fully informed upfront.
"Perfect Stay with Exceptional Service"
We absolutely loved the hotel! It’s modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with excellent facilities and outstanding service from all the staff. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the rooms feature a stunning design. The kindness and attentiveness of the team truly stood out, especially the waitress Maritza Palomino, who took great care of us with dedication and warmth. The location is excellent, and overall, we rate this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10!
"Good experience"
At the restaurant, the staff is outstanding—very attentive and always ready to offer great recommendations. The food is truly delicious, featuring a creative mix of flavors that highlight Peruvian ingredients. There’s also a wide variety of options to choose from, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
