"Bad experience at Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower"
My stay at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel for our tenth wedding anniversary was extremely disappointing and left a lasting negative mark on what should have been one of the happiest moments of our lives. Despite being an Accor Live Limitless (ALL) member, my prior requests sent on multiple occasions (12/09, 18/09, 20/09, 25/09, 04/10, and 09/10) were largely ignored, and none of our preferences were honored at check-in. The situation worsened when we entered our assigned room (1132) to find someone else's open suitcase, a computer on the desk, and possibly a cover in the bathroom, which forced us to leave immediately, shocked and scared. Reporting this to reception did not result in a proper explanation or apology. The replacement room offered was on a lower floor, different from our request, and during this process, my wife became trapped in the elevator, leaving her emotionally shaken. The new room (1032) had a poor view of the Eiffel Tower, no balcony, and was entirely different from what was advertised online. Even requesting an upgrade, explaining it was a special occasion, yielded no results. Throughout, Accor’s chat offered only a minimal acknowledgment without resolution. This sequence of failures ruined our special day. My wife was deeply disappointed, emotionally distressed, and no longer wanted to go out for dinner, turning a celebration of love into frustration. While the breakfast was excellent and some staff tried to help within their limitations, it could not compensate for the overall disastrous experience. I am not seeking financial compensation, but I hope the hotel formally acknowledges the seriousness of these failures. The emotional impact of this stay is something that cannot be erased and will forever remain a negative memory for us.
"Clean hotel with Eiffel view but far from the city center"
We stayed at this hotel from October 24th to 26th. The location near the Eiffel Tower is fantastic, and the view from the room was truly impressive. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and pleasant, making for an overall enjoyable stay. On the downside, the hotel is somewhat far from central attractions like the Louvre and Champs-Élysées, which may be inconvenient for first-time visitors wanting to explore the city. Additionally, when I tried to cancel my next reservation, the hotel did not provide assistance, which was disappointing. Despite this, my stay was generally comfortable and satisfying, and I would recommend it for those prioritizing proximity to the Eiffel Tower.
"Exceptional"
This hotel is exceptional in every way. Make sure to book a room with a balcony view of the Eiffel Tower—it’s absolutely worth it. The room is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, while the location is ideal for exploring Paris. Breakfast is excellent, and the on-site restaurant offers very good cuisine with attentive, friendly staff. Overall, a perfect stay that we truly loved.
"Fantastic stay, but some things to note!"
We stayed in room 712, which offered a fantastic view and well-soundproofed space—closing the balcony door blocked out all outside noise and neighbors. The air conditioning, however, was a major drawback, as it could not be consistently turned off and was quite loud, making sleep difficult for my partner. Staff tried to assist, but we received conflicting information from different managers. The room itself was comfortable, though some minor maintenance issues were noticeable, including cracks in bathroom tiles and broken balcony elements. The staff were generally friendly, though interactions varied, with some seeming less willing to help. While the stay was enjoyable, the room’s condition and inconsistent service mean the experience didn’t fully match the price point. The restaurant Frame was disappointing and not recommended. Overall, the Pullman is ideal for first-time visitors seeking a stunning Eiffel Tower view, but if you expect a luxury experience matching the rate, be aware of these quirks.
"Food and service were impeccable ambience amazing"
This restaurant is truly lovely, offering a wonderful ambience and delicious food. The staff is incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful—Fernando and Shaudis were especially attentive and went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant for both its outstanding cuisine and exceptional service—a definite five-star experience.
"Recommendations"
Overall, our stay was pleasant, with comfortable rooms and nice amenities. However, breakfast did not meet expectations, and the selection or quality could be improved. Additionally, most staff spoke only English or French, which made communication challenging for us as Spanish speakers. Having more Spanish-speaking staff would greatly enhance the guest experience and avoid misunderstandings.

"What a view!"
Our stay at the hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally attentive, and the views of the Eiffel Tower were absolutely spectacular. While the service in the main restaurant was a bit slow at times, the food was excellent and well worth the wait. We had two stays during our visit to France and would definitely return in the future.
"Terrible."
Our experience at this hotel was terrible from start to finish. The rooms were poorly maintained, with leaks, dirty towels, and worn slippers, and the cleaning service was inadequate, despite leaving a tip. Staff were uncultured and unhelpful, charging for basic items like glasses and failing to return change. Storage was minimal—our tiny closet couldn’t even fit two sweaters. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and, despite being Gold status members, received no acknowledgment or congratulations. For €2,000, this stay was utterly unacceptable.
"The View!"
If you want a room with an Eiffel Tower view, this is the perfect choice! I opted for a high-floor room with a balcony, and the view was truly breathtaking. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, with all staff being pleasant, helpful, and courteous. Maxence and Damien were especially accommodating and made our stay memorable. I also highly recommend adding the breakfast—it’s a fantastic experience you won’t regret!
