"Most AWFUL booking experience ever!"

Booking tickets online for this safari is almost impossible. The website is poorly designed, and the password system is completely insecure, sending your password in plain text via email. You only have ten minutes to complete the transaction, so a practice run is essential to avoid losing time. Even then, payment failures are common, and it took several attempts before my payment was accepted. Despite being charged, no tickets were issued, and it took nearly a week to get a response. Refunds arrived only after several weeks. Once we finally had tickets, the instructions were contradictory—one said to pick up the boarding pass 45 minutes before the safari, while another claimed it needed to be collected the night before. The accommodation pick-up was late by almost 40 minutes, and we were simply boarded onto the canter without actual tickets. The whole boarding pass system seems like a money-making scheme for middlemen. During the safari, we spent most of the time following other crowded canters, making the experience feel congested and less enjoyable. Overall, the process and organization were frustrating and poorly managed.

"Excellent Safari"
