"Good and Clean"

Strategically located in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit area, this hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers a choice of premium private rooms or shared rooms for multiple guests. The staff are friendly, and the facilities are well-equipped. It’s highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in Sukhumvit, with Phrom Phong BTS Station just a 10-minute walk away.

"Sleeping with dinosaur"

The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly, which made the stay pleasant in that regard. However, the hotel’s location is inconvenient—Google Maps may show a shortcut to Phrom Phong BTS, but it no longer exists since Dinosaur Planet opened, meaning you have a longer walk to either Asok or Phrom Phong stations. The hotel is situated at the end of a rather dirty alley. Additionally, the property feels more like a youth hostel than a traditional hotel. During the evening and nighttime, loud noises from Dinosaur Planet can be heard inside the rooms, which may disrupt your rest. Overall, it might suit some travelers, but it wasn’t ideal for me.

"Good"

I stayed at this hotel for five days in October. Tucked away on an alley near Soi 22 in the Sukhumvit area, the location is convenient and close to the BTS station. The hotel feels fairly new, and my room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with fast internet and efficient air conditioning. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money. The only reasons I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 are its somewhat hidden location and the 1,000 baht deposit required at check-in, which isn’t clearly mentioned beforehand. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would return.

"clean and practical"

The hotel is well-located on Sukhumvit Road, a busy area with plenty to see and do. There are two BTS stations nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are clean, practical, and comfortable, while the reception staff are competent and friendly. I would recommend this place for solo travelers or couples. The only thing I felt was missing was a more engaging stay—the staff could interact with guests more frequently, offering tips or suggestions for exploring the area.

"Nice, clean and compact, but a bit of a walk from the closest station when you have luggage"

I stayed in a budget room at this hotel and found it to be clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The communal kitchen was tidy, and the shared sitting area and veranda were bright, quiet, and well-lit. The location is peaceful, tucked at the end of a narrow alley, which makes it very quiet but slightly easy to miss at first. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. During my stay, I experienced a leak from the bathroom ceiling vent. After an initial fix didn’t work, the front desk staff handled it politely and professionally, offering me another similar room on the same floor. Their approach was non-confrontational and courteous. The only downside is ongoing construction on the adjacent plot. Metal sheets block part of the view and limit sunlight, particularly for rooms on the lower floors. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and well-suited for budget travelers seeking a quiet, clean environment.

"Good location down a dodgy looking street"

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with everything you need easily accessible on the main road. The rooms are very clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. However, our check-in experience was disappointing—the female receptionist was rude and cold when we arrived at 2 AM, insisting we pay immediately instead of allowing us to settle in the morning. On the plus side, the male receptionist was always cheerful and welcoming. The keycard system was a bit frustrating, as it kept locking us out of our room. The hotel feels relatively new but slightly unfinished, and the street leading to the entrance is not the most appealing. Despite these issues, overall the stay was enjoyable.

"Simple but does the trick"

My partner and I stayed at The Rezt for our second trip to Bangkok and were pleased with the experience. The hotel is in a great location for food and shopping, and a new shopping complex is even being constructed just behind it. The room is simple yet elegant, meeting all our needs. The only minor issue was a faint smell that would occasionally appear, though we couldn’t pinpoint the source. Despite this, our stay remained pleasant. The staff were helpful and welcoming, offering tips for navigating Bangkok, assisting with taxi bookings, and providing laundry services. The property is located down a long alley, which could be tricky to find without using Google Maps. The complex houses a mix of hotel, hostel, and apartment accommodations, so there’s a variety of people around, adding to the lively atmosphere. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice for travelers.

"Clean small room"

The hotel is new, clean, and adequately maintained, situated in a quiet area of Sukhumvit Soi 22 amidst tall buildings and nightlife. While the location is good, parking is limited, and the narrow access path makes driving in a bit tricky—walking to the nearby BTS station is easier. Overall, it’s a convenient and comfortable option for exploring the area.

"Clean room"

The room was clean and comfortable, with the bathroom being a particular highlight. The hotel is tucked away at the back of an alley, making it very quiet and peaceful. The nearest BTS station is Phrom Phong, which is about a 10-minute walk from the property, providing convenient access to the rest of Bangkok.

"SUPERB"

The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to transportation, malls, and public transit stations. Cleanliness was flawless, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I’ve stayed here twice in a year, and while there is some noise from the new building still under construction, it didn’t bother us much. Overall, a superb experience and a very convenient place to stay.

Cozy hostel near Phrom Phong BTS. Walkable to EmQuartier Mall. Great for digital nomads and solo travelers.
