"FRAUD ACCOUNTING – DENY GST INVOICE"
The hotel itself is good, but the experience with the reception desk has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been requesting a GST invoice for a stay from last year for the past three weeks, and despite providing my email address multiple times, I have yet to receive it. Each time I’m told I’ll get a call back, but nothing ever happens. Denying a guest their GST invoice feels like a highly questionable accounting practice and is certainly not ethical. I will soon be escalating this issue, as such poor follow-up tarnishes what could otherwise have been a positive experience.

The services and ambience at the hotel are truly amazing. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Sarita and Deepak, who were exceptionally kind and took great care of us as well as ensuring cleanliness in and around the rooms.
"Fine for a night at the airport"
The hotel is very modern in décor and visually appealing, but unfortunately, functionality seems to have been sacrificed. The bathroom design is particularly poor—the entire floor gets wet when you shower, and if there’s a dehumidifying fan, it doesn’t work. The glass-walled bathroom also offers very little privacy as the blinds neither block light nor provide adequate cover. To make matters worse, we even found a used towel in one of the bathroom drawers, which was unacceptable. Breakfast was “fine” with a large spread and eggs made to order, but the quality was lacking. My masala omelette, for instance, had almost no vegetables and was essentially just a cheese omelette. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its proximity to the airport, which makes it a convenient option for early flights and avoiding Delhi traffic. However, improved cleanliness, bathroom functionality, and food quality would greatly enhance the overall stay.
"Services"
I had a very pleasant stay at Roseate House. The housekeeping services were excellent, ensuring everything was spotless and comfortable. The staff were also very supportive and attentive, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. It was a good stay, and I would be happy to return.
"The Hospitality Left Much to Be Desired."
Roseate is a beautiful hotel with luxurious accommodations, but unfortunately, my experience with the staff left me disappointed. Aside from one gentleman at the front desk (whose name I wish I remembered), the staff were not friendly or welcoming toward me. I visited the restaurant DEL for a late-night meal and was seated immediately. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty with only four or five other tables occupied, no one came to check on me. I noticed the staff attending promptly to every other table, even apologizing for delays, but they passed by my table multiple times without making eye contact. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to get up and remind them I was there, and again after 45 minutes. It wasn’t until I appeared visibly upset that a woman server finally approached to serve me a menu and take my order. I couldn’t help but notice I was the only Black woman in the restaurant, and the lack of attention felt both disheartening and unacceptable. While the hotel itself is stunning, this experience left me with a negative impression.
"STAYCATION"
There was a bit of disappointment at the time of check-in due to a lack of coordination among the staff, but the issue was promptly resolved on priority by Mr. Vikas Kumar, which I truly appreciated. The food and service at Kiyaan were absolutely top-notch, adding to the overall experience. The Roseate has always been one of my favorite staycation spots, and I’m already looking forward to more stays in the near future. This would have been a 10/10 stay if not for the initial check-in issue. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Mr. Vikas Kumar for a smooth and comfortable experience. Hopefully, next time I can upgrade this review to a full 5 stars!
"Disappointing Experience at a Supposed 5-Star Hotel"
We had much higher expectations from a 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, they were not met. While many of the staff members were good, it’s clear that the core issue lies with poor management, as the service was highly inconsistent. One example was at the restaurant, where the servers didn’t even know what a steak knife was. Instead of offering attentive service, they simply placed a water bottle on the table with an unspoken “serve yourself” attitude rather than refilling glasses proactively. For a property marketed as a luxury hotel, these lapses in training and service are unacceptable and leave much to be desired.

The room cleaning was excellent, thanks to Sarita, who truly impressed us with her hospitality and professionalism. She is well-spoken, attentive, and clearly very good at her job. We really appreciated her service and the warm experience she provided. 🤗
"Very pleasant stay"
Our stay at Roseate House was an absolute delight. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and even surprised us with a thoughtful gesture for our special day, which made the experience even more memorable. The room was one of the most beautiful I’ve ever stayed in—spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. Breakfast was truly amazing, with a wonderful spread and delicious food that exceeded expectations. The only minor downside was that the pool closes at 8 pm, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay filled with warmth and hospitality.
