"Outstanding treatment"

"Luxury way to discover Phom Penh!"
Situated between the 31st and 38th floors of a tower, this hotel offers magnificent views of the city and the meandering Mekong River. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, and the staff are exceptionally kind. Don’t miss the terrace bar, which provides truly breathtaking views.
"Feel like going back to Family Home"
Returning to Rosewood after several months feels like coming back to a family home—everyone remembers you, and the warm welcome is genuine. This stay, we stayed in the Grand Room. While there was no lounge access, we received a generous US$100 credit. The Google TV initially looped, but the issue was promptly fixed after feedback. The shower drained slowly and occasionally flooded the bathroom, which we reported to security. We appreciated the thoughtful bottle of wine in the room—thank you, Ukdy Hak (Dee)! Breakfast each morning was amazing, with fresh, tasty food and attentive yet unobtrusive staff. Dinner at IZA was a highlight. The food and service were excellent, and Malen provided top-notch hosting from start to finish. The Omakase experience was unforgettable. Every night, we enjoyed craft cocktails and the stunning view at SORA. Special thanks to Dee from ground reception, Kim and Mana from breakfast, Soleab Khem from front office, and Malen from IZA for their exceptional hospitality, which made our stay truly memorable.
"Appearance over substance"
We stayed for two nights at this hotel, which occupies the top floors of a skyscraper and offers astonishing city and Mekong River views both day and night. The design is impressively curated, and the leisure facilities include a full 25-metre pool. We had breakfasts and two room service dinners. While the presentation was appealing, the food itself was generally bland or even unpleasant. There seemed to be a large staff presence, some of whom felt redundant. The hotel boasts an eye-watering wine collection, with bottles costing thousands of dollars. Despite the impressive setting, there were few guests during our stay, and the stunning bar was quiet, at least in the early evening—a curious mix overall.
"Fabulous experience on top of Phnom Penh"
Wow—what a stunning rooftop experience! While we didn’t dine here, we visited the SORA bar, walking through the covered area onto the terrace. The views were fabulous, the drink selection excellent, and complimentary “munchies” were provided while we waited for our cocktails. We sampled three different drinks and unanimously picked a favorite for a second round. Although rain cut our terrace plans short, the indoor booths still offered breathtaking views through the windows. The staff were brilliant, attentive from the front door to upstairs and back. Cocktails were very reasonably priced at USD 12 each.
"When in Phnom Penh… Rosewood Phnom Penh is the best."
As a regular business traveler to Phnom Penh, Rosewood is the only hotel I choose. It consistently exceeds expectations, offering exceptional service and a remarkable overall experience. The attention to detail is outstanding, and both the hotel and rooms are always spotless. The staff are polite, well-trained, and make every stay memorable. With its combination of luxury and great room rates, this hotel is a favorite for both my wife and me.
"Best Value Hotels in Phnom Penh"
I travel frequently for both business and leisure and have stayed at many five-star hotels, including chains like Four Seasons and Banyan Tree. Visiting the Rosewood Phnom Penh was an absolute delight from the very first moment. The hotel’s decor is impeccably chosen, with every detail—from the lobby to the reception and rooms—perfectly fitting together. The property itself is incredibly comfortable and welcoming. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. I have never experienced such consistently kind and attentive service. From the helpful gentlemen at reception to the housekeeping team, the spa staff (special thanks to Jing for her care), the breakfast team, and the rooftop bar staff—everyone deserves the highest recognition. This is a truly great hotel with exceptional staff. I would recommend it without hesitation and eagerly look forward to my next visit.
"Wonderful Rosewood"
What an amazing place! The staff are wonderful, the spa is incredible, and our room was simply divine. We booked the Retreat Package, but the only downside was the set meal—the food was not very good. Allowing guests to choose from the main menu within a set budget would likely enhance the experience and be more profitable for the hotel. Despite this, we are returning in April for another night and can’t wait!
"Gem of a hotel in Phnom Penh"
Probably the best hotel in Phnom Penh, beautifully designed with luxurious interiors. My suite was slightly smaller but offered stunning views. Although I was upgraded to a larger suite, I chose to stay in my original booking for the view. Having experienced Rosewood hotels in other countries, I can confidently say that their service is exceptional, and this property only elevates that standard. The staff at breakfast and the lounge were particularly outstanding. If I return to Phnom Penh, this is the only hotel I would choose.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Rosewood and would recommend it to anyone seeking luxurious accommodation. The restaurants were all top quality, and the 37th-floor lounge provided a relaxed environment to enjoy a whiskey and cigar after a meal. Special thanks to Sokla for providing fantastic service during my visits to the cigar lounge and sky bar—truly exceptional hospitality.
