"Tasty Dishes but Uneven Execution and Value"
Overall, we left reasonably happy with the food, but felt that the price didn’t fully reflect the quality. Some dishes truly stood out—the eel, steak, and artichoke were excellent. However, others were less impressive: the Rolex lacked the proper sear, resulting in an odd, watery texture, and parts of the octopus were quite tough. Service was another weak point; while not terrible, our waiter’s attitude and approach left something to be desired. In short, while there were high points, the experience as a whole didn’t quite justify the cost.
"Unforgettable Culinary Experience – Best Restaurant in Madrid!"
Wow, wow, wow—this is hands down the best restaurant in Madrid! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was fantastic. Each dish is prepared right in front of you, adding to the excitement and charm of the experience. The portions are small but incredibly flavorful and beautifully presented. While it’s not a cheap meal, it’s definitely a one-of-a-kind experience that’s worth every cent. A must-visit for food lovers!
"Unique Concept with Flashes of Brilliance, But Overpriced"
A very cool and original concept—definitely feels like a MasterChef-inspired experience, though it doesn't fully hit the mark. We tried several dishes; a few were tasty and well-balanced, while others left us underwhelmed. This isn’t the spot for a full, satisfying dinner—think gourmet hors d'oeuvres with creative presentations, many prepared right at your table, which adds a special touch to the experience. The service was truly outstanding. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and explain each dish in detail, which was a real highlight. That said, the price is quite steep for the portion sizes. It’s an experience worth having once, but hard to justify regularly.
"Creative Dishes but Disappointing Value for Money"
The food was good, but the overall experience didn’t justify the high prices. Portions were extremely small, and one of the dishes arrived a bit watery, which was underwhelming. There was no tasting menu or booklet to help guide the experience, which made it feel a bit directionless. Staff seemed to push for the priciest items, and even the beverages felt disproportionately small for the cost. While the concept is interesting, the value for money just wasn’t there for us.
"Some of the Best Food in Madrid!"
This place serves some of the best food I’ve ever tasted! The meat wrap was definitely my favorite dish, alongside the shrimp and octopus, which were all outstanding. If you’re in Madrid, this is an absolute must-try!
"A Pricier Treat Worth Experiencing at Least Once"
The food here is exquisite, with prices ranging from €50-70 per person. While it’s on the higher side, the cost is justified by the unique experience that comes with each dish — they prepare and plate it right at your table, explaining every ingredient in detail. It might not be a spot for monthly visits, but it’s definitely worth going at least once.

This industrial-chic restaurant on Calle Ponzano offers a unique dining experience, focusing on high-quality meats and innovative presentations reminiscent of a butcher's shop.
