"Great Service – Just Needs a Small Tech Fix"
I love this location and have always had a great experience here. The staff is friendly, and the service is reliable. I do want to mention one small area for improvement: the electronic faxing system. It could definitely use an upgrade, as it caused a bit of a delay during my visit. That said, Jillian Gonzalez (PRC) went above and beyond to make things right. He was awesome—super accommodating, helpful, and made sure my ENT doctor received the fax personally. His dedication and professionalism really stood out. If they fix the faxing issue, this place would be perfect. Big thanks to Jillian for the excellent support!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Ivan Cruz yesterday, and I was thoroughly impressed. The visit started right on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Cruz was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. His staff was also incredibly kind and professional, creating a welcoming and efficient environment from start to finish. I’m looking forward to continuing my care with this team. Highly recommend!
"Frustrating and Poorly Managed Experience with Sanitas"
This has been one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of accountability is staggering, and the office manager appears completely incompetent. There’s no direct way to contact your primary care provider's office—you're routed through an 844 number that connects to a call center staffed primarily by Spanish-speaking representatives who often don't understand what you're asking and are difficult to understand in return. What should be a simple process—getting in touch with your doctor or requesting care—becomes a maze of miscommunication and delays. If you're considering Sanitas because of Florida Blue or perceived convenience, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere if you value consistent, understandable, and attentive care. This place is not it.

"Frustrating Experience with Sanitas and FloridaBlue — Beware of Language Barriers and Constant PCP Changes"
I’m honestly puzzled by all these 5-star reviews because my experience with Sanitas under FloridaBlue insurance has been very disappointing. I chose them because of the $0 copay and coverage with my insurance, but what I got was anything but easy or beneficial. First, you’re assigned a new primary care doctor every month with only a paper notification about the change. Most of the time, you only end up seeing a nurse instead of a doctor. The staff are friendly enough, but the language barrier creates constant problems. With the HMO plan, you must get referrals to see specialists — which is a nightmare for me since I need frequent specialist care for my condition. Getting referrals feels like pulling teeth. The local office phone number directs you to a call center where the language barrier is even worse. I’ve had to constantly follow up and “babysit” both the local office and the call center just to get things done right. If you don’t speak Spanish, expect things to go wrong. For example, I asked for a referral to a cardiologist, but the front desk repeatedly heard “dermatologist.” When I followed up, it was still incorrectly entered as a dermatologist referral. As a patient, I never felt heard, cared for, or properly understood. If you can, I strongly recommend looking for a different in-network PCP. This place is just not worth the trouble.
