"Excessive Announcements Make Bus Rides Stressful"

The constant announcements on your buses are extremely frustrating. Reminders to pay the fare, validate tickets, and announce each upcoming station never seem to stop, making the ride maddening. Please consider reducing these messages and creating a more pleasant environment for passengers who just want some quiet time to listen to music, read, or relax and reflect during their journey.

"Looks Great from the Outside"

I’ve only seen it from the outside, but it looks really impressive.

"Terrible Customer Service — Completely Unreachable"

The customer service is awful. There’s no call center, no hotline, and not even a chat option to get help. It’s extremely frustrating when you need assistance and have no way to contact anyone.

"Organized and Tidy, but Poorly Located"

SAPTCO’s administration headquarters is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. However, its location is not very convenient, and the parking is only available in the basement, which can be a bit inconvenient.

"Terrible Experience with Saptco Bus Service"

I had a very disappointing experience with Saptco on my trip from Jeddah to Dammam on 23 July. The driver’s behavior was unacceptable, the bus AC was inadequate, and there was no charging port — leaving my phone switched off the entire journey. To make matters worse, the ticket price was far too high for the level of service provided. Overall, a very poor travel experience.

"Decent Experience"

Overall, the experience was satisfactory and not miserable. While it wasn’t outstanding, it was acceptable and met basic expectations.

"Worst Bus Service Ever"

This is by far the worst bus service I’ve experienced. The company shows no commitment to schedules, the staff behave poorly, and there was water leaking inside the bus from the AC unit. Overall, the quality of the service is extremely low and completely unacceptable.
